Would I get hate crimed if I said I really enjoy JamiKali both romantic and platonically. I know it's a ship that tends to have a lot of backlash due to the slave/master thing but I personally enjoy them due to how complex their relationship tends to be.
Though, I don't enjoy them as your typical "oh, lets just ignore all of the shit that happened between the two and just make them kiss instead!!" like I see a LOT of people tend to enjoy (which leads to way too much mischaracterization...) No, no. I enjoy JamiKali where everything in book 4 does happen, Jamil overblotting because of his life with Kalim and finally showing his true colors, leading to the two being how they are now. I then like it where after his overblot, they spend the next years to come (I'm thinking like.. 5-10 years. Yes. A lot of time) communicating and trying to fix everything between the two of them, even if it's hard on Jamil's part in particular. I also like to picture during these 5-10 years that Jamil finally gets his freedom and goes on to live his own life before coming to terms that he misses Kalim due to the amount of time they spent together throughout his life and so he goes back to Kalim, more time passes (2-3 years), they communicate some more and THEN they finally get together.
It's either this or I like the thought of Kalim having a crush on Jamil and Jamil never reciprocating his feelings and so it's just super one sided for his entire life.
Moral of the story, I feel like Jamikali dating in high school will probably never be the best for either of them and I want them to grow and communicate for a LONG time before even considering getting together and I really hope this makes sense lol😭 I do very much eat up any Jamikali content in the end though, NRC years or not.

Hello my lovelies!! Had the sudden urge to yap about Miraculous Ladybug and I've had this yap in mind for a while so I thought now would be a good time to post about it since the new episode just dropped :3 (I also had the realization that I need to post this soon so the episode doesn't drop before I get the chance to yap about my theories.)
(SPOILERS FOR MIRACULOUS LADYBUG SEASON 6 SPECIFICALLY 'THE RULER' UNDER THE CUT!)
ANYWAYSSS MARC ANCIEL EPISODE THEORY TIME!!
Okay, so let's start with the actual episode itself. I am DYING on the hill that it's either gonna be A Fairy Good Night (my reasonings being number one: Marc and Nathaniel tend to write a lot of fairytales together and number two: there's that one comic they made of Adrien as a princess and Marinette as a knight and in that comic the two boys were fairies.) ORRR it's going to be Heartfixer (I don't really have a reasoning for this one. I just think Heartfixer gives Marc vibes y'know?)
Okay, now let's talk about the actual episode itself. I have three theories in mind on what it could be about.
My first theory is something involving his parents. A lot of the episodes in season 6 so far seems to be about family issues which is why of course I'm going to think this way. "Oh but Veronica!! Marc looks like he has two loving parents!! I don't think it's going to be about that!!" EXACTLY. He has two loving parents who really care about him and is very nice to him which is why I believe if it *is* going to involve his parents, I think something bad is going to happen to Marc that his parents find out about that makes them get really sad or angry and causes them to get akumatized because they love their son so much that they can't stand to see him get hurt.
My second theory is something involving school/the people at school. In season 2, Marc was introduced to be very shy and awkward when interacting with others, especially new people. But why? Was he getting bullied before? Did something happen that messed him up? Which is why I think something about season 2 him is going to come back to haunt him and either get him akumatized or someone else akumatized to go after him. (My main person I'm focusing on if it does happen to be someone or something at school is Ray's little group he has since he's shown to be the "mean boy" in this season.)
My last theory is it's going to be something involving Nathaniel. The two are very much in love, we all know this. But Nathaniel is also shown to have some issues with very impulsive/possible anger issues (example being him showing Marc he's Caprikid and also shredding up all the comics.) So I think something is going to happen to Marc that causes Nathaniel to possibly get akumatized (Evillustrator comeback!!) Or something is going to happen to Nathaniel without Marc knowing and then next thing he knows he has to deal with a akumatized Nathaniel (which is where Rooster Bold would come in since we obviously know Rooster Bold is going to have a part in the episode.)
Okay! Now! Something's that are most likely AREN'T theories and I'm 99% sure is going to happen:

Anyways, seriously now. If you haven't seen, neither A Fairy Good Night OR Heartfixer is his episode, boooo.... (A Fairy Good Night is Max's episode and Heartfixer is Nino's episode based on the trailers for both.) So, new theory time! No, this isn't me making a brand new theory on what is going to happen in his episode---I still fully stand on what my theory was from the original post from October. This is my new theory on just what episode it will be.
I believe that his episode is going to be Riginarazione, maybe The Chained Titans, but mostly the first one. Riginarazione in English means "rebuild" or "regeneration" which.. idk... I just feel like it gives Marc vibes. The other one I'm only thinking due to the fact Titans come from mystical based things/Greek gods and Marcs whole thing is about fairytales but thats all I'm really going based on lol.
ANYWAYS YEAH! I just really want my Marc episode bro I'm going to lose my mind. The Ruler ended on a cliffhanger almost a YEAR AGO and I desperatly need to know what happens next.

Okay but genuinely speaking. I'm glad to see that there is a lot in store for both of their futures :) Also glad that Kaneshiro said more Reo smiles are coming soon! I miss seeing my boy happy. Also glad that Nagi is coming also coming back soon, I've been missing him.
Welcome to my small yap on why I will die on the hill that Dr. Veritas Ratio is good with kids and taking care of them. (Reminder, most of this is just headcanons and I'm not for sure certain if some of this is canon so please don't attack me!)
I mean it when I say this is short. Anyways, it's very obvious that when it comes to Ratio he tends to view most people as dumb or less intelligent than him due to the fact that he's a genius (maybe not in his eyes but the eyes of another he's basically a genius) but I believe this would be a different cause for when it comes to kids due to the fact that, they're young, their brains and bodies are still growing and they are still learning things.
This leads me to my point that Ratio would be a bit less harsh and more gentle with a younger kid due to them still learning about the world and how things work so he wouldn't get so annoyed—unlike with adults due to the fact that, they're a adult, they should've already learned and knew better due to being much older unlike a child.
Anyways that's all I hope this makes sense lol(╥﹏╥) I want to post more thoughts like this but I fear of being called out for mischaracterizing or smth.

Me casually disappearing for almost a month and then randomly coming back with a analysis post. ANYWAYS! This mostly just consists of me stealing most lines (not all of them) from the song and panels from the manga and explaining how they're decently connected y'know? Also I don't usually do analysis posts so this may not be the best but I hope you enjoy!!
"I don't wanna talk right now" Chapter 310
Now this one was a little tough to figure out even though it's literally the first line but I managed in the end!! Anywho. I specifically chose this chapter due to the fact that, it's obvious Nagi didn't want to interact with anyone at the moment. He's sad, he's mourning, he's angry. Angry that he lost. Sad he's not in Blue Lock anymore yadda yadda. This could also go for the scene of Buratsuta coming to talk to him outside of Blue Lock but I thought he looked more like a sad wet dog in this panel LOL .

"I just wanna watch TV" Chapter 303
Between the chapters 302-303, all we ever saw Nagi do was play video games just like he used to—trying to get back into his old patterns and habits to forget about his past at Blue Lock and run away from his problems of wanting to be fired up, playing soccer alongside Reo once again which only led him to be more depressed.

"I'll stay in the pool and drown" Chapter 300
This panel physically pains me every time I have to see it (my poor boy☹️) but anyways.
In a metaphorical sense, he drowned. Drowned in the words of Ego. Drowned in the apologies of Nagi for not doing enough and from breaking their promise. Drowning in the guilt of having to watch his best friend leave him while he got to bask in the spotlight of gaining his own goal, leading to him having to apologize for his own actions of forcing Nagi to play and get attached in the first place.

"So I don't have to watch you leave" Chapter 300
I think it's pretty obvious why I chose this panel for this line of the song. It's the scene where they both had to leave everything behind. Nagi having to leave Blue Lock, Reo and his soccer career and Reo having to watch his most prized treasure leave him in an instant.

Now the next four lines of the songs I don't exactly associate with certain panels, it's more just the entirety of Nagi's arc after he got locked off that I associate it with (which would be chapters 302-310)

"Sinkin' in the sofa while they all betray each other" (No particular chapter but I did slightly think about the panel of Nagi staring at the U-20 match promo on the giant screen in chapter 302)
Everyone else at Blue Lock was out fighting. Fighting for their place on the podium to be number one no matter what, even if it meant hurting their friends while Nagi had to watch it go down from afar. Watching on the TV screens as he biked through the city.

After getting locked off he basically lost motivation to do anything besides play video games once again. And now that he's without Reo and soccer, his life basically became dull, not having anything to look forward too or get him fired up anymore.

It was all for Reo. Everything from the beginning when he first started playing soccer to the ending when he had to walk out with his shame and guilt following close behind. Everything he went through in Blue Lock was all because Reo convinced him (and also basically dragged him) to stay in the first place.

Not only was Nagi leaving Reo behind in the end, he was also leaving behind all the other friends and teammates he made in Blue Lock too. Isagi, Chigiri, Zentetsu, etc. Having to watch all of them move forward without him.

"You tell yourself it's fine, you're just in love" Chapter 302
Once he got to go back to what was once his old normal life, he tried convincing himself that it's fine—that he doesn't have to worry about anything anymore and he doesn't have to put so much energy into doing something. But in the end, all of it lead back to Reo everytime. Walking down the stairwell were they first met. Biking past the Mikage corporation on the bike him and Reo would ride on together everyday. Everything reminded him of his one true partner in the end no matter how much he wanted to forget. Deep down inside, all he wanted was to go back to his past normal life with Reo by his side.

"Don't know where you are right now" Chapter 301
The day right after Nagi got locked off/the next time we see Reo after he left meaning Reo truly is officially alone without him. It's never shown what he is actually thinking in this scene but it's obvious he's probably still thinking of Nagi—probably worried about Nagi's future knowing he won't be by his side anymore outside of Blue Lock and he won't get to know what he's up too all the time like before.

Very obvious why I chose this panel and it's very self explanatory. Nagi passing by the giant screen on his bike, seeing his friends from Blue Lock on the big screen playing in the match he truly dreamed to be apart of.

"I'll try not to starve myself" Chapter 306
This is the first we see Nagi genuinely cook/eat something else that isn't just bread or jelly packets probably due to Reo's influence on his life—always spoiling him with fancy foods like the steak he earned in Blue Lock (I'm also pretty sure Nagi and Reo had a convo about what Nagi eats and how he enjoy spicy things or smth?? Idk if I made that up or not but if not let me know what chapter it was please!!)

"Just because you're mad at me" Chapter 306
When trying to get back into Blue Lock after staying a night he decided he should try to contact someone inside, his first thought being someone like Isagi or Rin before moving to Reo. Not long after is when he discovers he's been blocked by him. We trying don't know why. I don't believe Reo is angry but I believe that it's due to guilt of having to watch Nagi leave while he gets to stay and continue his goal of becoming the world's best striker despite saying his ego wants Nagi to become the world's best striker instead. (Said panel from chapter 2 of Episode Nagi down below)

This was the scene after Anri tells him to leave, saying that he's no longer apart of Blue Lock and is now trespassing. Right after is when he starts to think about the fact that everyone else is moving forward while he's falling behind, getting angry at the fact. He wanted to not think about it. He didn't want to believe it—trying to deny the fact that he's being left in the dirt while everyone gets to climb forward.

Left the best line/panels for last. Their promise. Nagi and Reo's promise to become the worlds best together which in the end got broken. All of those plans and dreams to one day win the World Cup together shattered in a instant by just one single play. One single mistake.
