Long time ago, June Vi (Vespiqueen) had hardcore feelings for Manya (Ursaring), but is awful at showing it. June joined Manya’s club because of her. But Manya wouldn’t let her hang out without a purpose, so she hired June as a part time “custodian” for her clubhouse. June would get mad when Manya had a new gf. She had so many chances to tell Manya, but would always stop herself last second.
Manya definitely had an eye on her too but angry queen bee seemed to have like no interest. They were on the fence for so long n it always seemed like June barely tolerated Manya. June, at first, saw a parental figure she's never had in Manya. She grew up in a very strict household where she was expected to take her father’s place in his multi-million dollar company. She spent little to no time with her mother. Manya is the first role model she seems to be attracted to, but then find something later on. She never acts upon these feelings, thinks they're unnatural or weird, or Manya would never like her back.
When they were elementary school kids, June would meet Ross outside a downtown ice cream shop. She’d watch Ross, a super poor kid, scrap around to recycle soda cans to maybe buy a treat or save up for later. He only has his big brothers getting him stuff as his parents arent supporting them. June feels bad and give him ice cream every time she saw him. She’d end up coming around there a lot. Ross and June becoming indirect best friends.
And then June siphoning money to help Ross get into nice school, where he meets Jill.
Rest is history for them.
After Manya gives up her old club house, she retreats into the mountains, across the world. But somehow June shows up not 2 months later at Manya’s doorstep. June has her ways of finding what she wants. One of them is putting a bug in Manya's bags/cars to track her. Same ones her parents put on her phone or bike when she was younger. At first, Manya doesn’t suspect she’ll stay long at all. June is a city girl, and they are in the middle of nowhere. June’s survival skills couldn’t outlast a day at best. Manya has only seen June a few times wielding knives, and for show, not for fighting. They are red like Vespiqueen claws. When June was a small girl, her grandpa on her mom side, made them special for her. One night, June forced her way under the covers of her bed with Manya. She just hugs onto her, face squished against the space between her collarbone and chest. Manya doesnt feel anything knife-like on her so she not there to kill her. She does however feel something wet. Manya just sits there as bee baby cries against her. Almost didn't recognize her with her long hair down. Ends up just letting June take her time and cry it all out

Few months later, finds June asleep in her arms. Then even later, awakes to bee necking. Manya pretending to be asleep, during morning neckings.
