Oh blow me. Text generators don’t “believe” anything. From what I understand they output text based on statistical analysis of training data and are then further trained to give preference to certain potential outputs. Ie there is no ghost in the machine. Musk is soft-programming his beliefs into his “AI” and pretending there’s an advanced and logical machine mind coming to its own conclusions.
