A few years ago, I lost 18 lbs & got fit as hell. Life changes & mental illness kicked in, and I forgot how much I loved and needed fitness in my life. Getting back into powerlifting & working out hard. Mostly just getting better. Whole food, plant-based vegan for my health, the animals, and the environment. Formly "Patchworkbreath." 5’2”.
