Feeling amazing today! Pushed play on 21 Day Fix Extreme Lower Fix workout, drinking tons of water, and enjoying some down time before the 3-year-old wakes up from her nap. It's a beautiful day outside but I wish it weren't so cold and windy. How is your Thursday??
My exercise today has been cleaning and rearranging furniture. I've still got a few baskets of laundry to fold, a sink of dishes to wash, and some general decluttering to do before I'm done for the day. Even when I'm busy I never give up a chance to cuddle up with my babies. Ellie skipped her nap today so she's super cuddly right now! 💕 I love these moments!
I don’t exercise every single day. But I try. I don’t eat healthy every single meal. But I try. I don’t always know what I’m doing as a mom. But I try. Yet I still consider myself a good mom; a healthy mom. Why? Because I allow myself to make mistakes without going back to my old ways. We need to stop this mentality that making mistakes means it’s time to start over or try again next Monday, or next month, or heaven forbid NEXT YEAR. Do not give up. Just keep trying.

Having to pause my workout multiple times is necessary when you're the mom but that doesn't mean I won't come back and finish! My kids know that they can call me anytime they need anything but they also know the how important my workouts are! Just like brushing my teeth😬, eating healthy🍎, or using my manners💁🏻--I am teaching them by example. They're always watching. 👀

Do you have a daily planner to keep yourself organized? Which one do you use? I've been working hard today and feeling a lot better after yesterday's struggle! At least I feel more organized and for me that's half the battle!

Anyone else struggling today?? 😩😩 I definitely struggled through my workout but I 👏🏻got 👏🏻that👏🏻shit👏🏻done! There is NO shame in following a modifier or going slower than everyone else. As long as you keep moving and pushing yourself just a bit outside your comfort zone you WILL see results! I am loving this feeling of being done today! I've earned my 🍫 chocolate recover shake and a shower 🚿!
