Feeling like a Binge

So you just ate and there’s this pit in your stomach, right? It says eat more, one more bite. No, no, no, I want that. Let’s eat that too. Well, instead of giving in…

1) Think about those cute clothes. They won’t look good on a cow.

2) Trace your belly, where your hipbones should be.

3) Grab your fat thigh and think about how skinny it could be.

4) Take a deep breath and focus on 1, 2, and 3.

5) Listen to a song.

6) If they urge is still there, suck it up- no one likes a fat girl.
