Monthly review (as we're approaching the end of February) 📅
What were last month's highlights?
Which goals did you have for the month? Which one(s) did you do well on, which one(s) not as much?
Were the goals you had reachable/realistic/actually beneficial?
What helped you the most on the way towards your goals?
What did you learn this month?
Write down the bad things that happened during the month. Reflect on what happened, why it was bad, if there were any positives to it and what you learned from it.
Write a list of books you read during the month, films/shows you've watched, songs you had on repeat etc. and review them/explore why you liked them.
What do you want to achieve by the end of this month?
What measures can you take to get to these goals?
Which potential challenges are coming your way and what precautions can you take?
What are you looking forward to this month?
What opportunities do you see in the next weeks?
Write down a list of things you can do to take care of yourself and check them off during the month.

Make a list of 20 things that make you smile.
What makes your inner child happy?

What would your perfect day look like?
What are your favourite things about yourself?
