Ehh, I tend to do alright dieting on a ebt card budget and I tend not to run out buying only for myself to eat. I mostly buy bulk bags of frozen veggies, chicken breast or other poultry, tuna, a few condiments, fresh lettuce, eggs,pasta,and milk. From time to time I'll get other stuff if I want a specific meal but what I eat is pretty bare bones what's listed above.
