Fully recolourable with 3 channels - the original tiara has 2 presets.

I struggled to reduce the poly for the original tiara without a big reduction in quality, so instead had the idea to split the mesh into 6 variants with more reasonable polycounts.

3 presets: (1) sequin ears and sequin bow; (2) sequin ears and plain bow, (3) plain ears and plain bow.

Sequin ears are non-recolourable. Bows are recolourable on all. 3rd plain preset is fully recolourable.

Special thanks to @thornowl for help with the CAS Shader fix.

Note: adult sequin ears are blurry in my game 😥 (see image under the cut) but the younger ages seem fine? Not sure what is causing this - my sim wasn't wearing any other accessories.
