*clears throat* In an effort to be extremely body positive i have been private about my new fitness journey because when I started working out again honestly it was a way of being better at my job and recentering myself on my break. Alot of people don’t know the way my babies angels beat me down Physically not emotionally (if you know me you know I am obsessed with my kids) Truly its because of the lifting I just honestly started taking the last 5minutes of my break to stretch that led to planks, squats, and burpees (modified) I see my changes I love my new strength an added bonus is I feel strong enough to get back into reformer Pilates which honestly depression & covid had made me limit it greatly ****psa I’m just tryna be my best self which isn’t a number on a scale it’s an emotional feeling for me **** #plussizefashion #plussizebeauty #plussizemodel #plussizefitness #plussizefitnessjourney #bbw https://www.instagram.com/p/CIZydUrJzqU/?igshid=7438sn0ta30g
