idk what to say anymore but the mark situation is actually ao fucking weird it's so odd and such a mystery.
it's been revealed that mark lives with his manager and even picks up his kids for him and takes care of them and idk about you but I think it's unprofessional.Now backstory about this manager, he used to work for SM but was then fired(i don't know why) and he apparently knew mark since he was a kid which makes what I'm about to say SUPER weird. This manager likes "hot" videos of mark and boyfriend material videos and this man is married,and has known mark since he was a kid. also David lee (the manager) is known to have been a part of some Christian organization or something that was speculated to be a cult and stuff. He posts mark pics on his story with random bible verses which makes the whole cult thing more believable.
Before anyone says anything I'm very aware that mark has always been open about his religion,his dad is a pastor and it's no surprise that he follows his religion. But there's a huge difference between following a religion ,and basically being part of a cult. In my opinion the shirt was never an accident it was all planned by this very same Manager in order to basically hard launch his beliefs that he's throwing on mark.
I personally believe that someone can be forced to do something but not forced to believe something. There's a lot of people,including myself who were forced to do certain things in their religion but they never actually believed it deep in their heart.But mark seems to believe the stuff that's getting pushed on him since it was all part of him but he was just waiting for the right moment to unleash them.
To the people who feel bad for mark I just wanna say something,if he was the one who chose to leave nct and start a new life he's also the one who chose to be this fucked up version of himself,or the version he was hiding. mark is 27 years old he's a fucking grown man and he knows what's good and what's bad, so blaming anyone for his act is just stupid. That doesn't mean that mr religious psychosis david lee is a good man,no obviously not, it just means that mark found something in david he always wanted.
Their relationship is so fucking weird and no one can convince me other wise,please don't support his new career because if you want him to wake up then that isn't gonna happen, especially when people are acting as if it's okay to be like that and make your entire personality about god and the bible.
I supported him at first(pre incident) even though I found the whole thing super weird,why would you name your company something from the bible and why are you making your whole life about Christianity all while trying to convince people that you're just there to make music?
final note: it's okay to want to know your religion more, it's okay to be deep into it and to follow it exactly,but there's basic common sense invloved and it's clear that mark is in some early state of religion psychosis. There's no way the manager being a hard core christian,the label being named after a verse in the bible,wearing the confederate flag,posting insensitive posts and captions to gain empathy are all just a coincidence. Everything is planned from A to Z and the people falling for his act will begin to realize how much of a weird person he's become.
