Beverley Braybon shared some photos from the US tour in 2003 - apparently, the Showgirl costumes are a lot cooler than the Bochum versions!

Interesting there seems to be three versions of her chest piece / "napkins" - one that clearly has a front fastening and is very neat, one that's a good bit deeper with the silver band, and one that's "underwired" and contoured rather than a flat silver band underbust. I just wish, so much, that the bottom of her leotard just had white trim, the way Buffy has silver edging... would just make it look intentional and finished! This really isn't one of my favourite costume versions because it's just not DINAH. As a waitress she's at risk of splashes and burns on some very sensitive areas!
