They grins from ear to pointy ear showing their array of sharp teeth, charmed by the others offer and folded their wings to allow more room on the bench.

"It's a public place, you can sit anywhere you want."

They paused.

"You can sit on me but I won't guarantee I'd be comfortable. Whats got you looking for friends anyway? Don't got a lot of people to talk to? Though if you just got here I get it."

They queried before they took another bite of their sandwich.

The thought of someone choosing to sit on top of the other crossed his mind and it made him frown. Instantly deciding it was rude to invade someone's space like that upon meeting them. So he sat next to them on the bench.

"I'm pretty new to this place and don't have much of an outgoing personality. People don't tend to gravitate to the quiet types."

He shrugs.

"I can't really complain about it, though. 90% of it is done on purpose by me, so random people don't think it's okay to approach me for pointless conversation."

They were small enough that the other had more than enough room to sit, Ama made no move to invade their space yet and relaxed on the hard wood, finishing off their meal. Looking over at the man for a bit before they placed a doll like hand on theirs. " pointless conversations can be interesting once in a while you end up discovering that you have more in common than you think!"

They peered up at them with all 6 eyes tilting it a bit. "What did you do before you got here?"

The tip of their horns seemed to shimmer, glowing an unnatural hue like molten hot steel.

"I don't maintain them but they do get in the way at times so I shrink them down. Right now I don't have any issue keeping them out and proud."

They placed a hand on their hip, practically sparkling. Not ashamed.

"Oh! So you can change their appearance on a whim?" Vivi finds herself asking. She gives Amasio a soft smile. "That is nice to hear you feel comfortable here."

She smooths out her skirt as she gives Amasio a slight curtsey as a greeting. "My apologies for such a late introduction. My name is Vivianne Vaughan. I am a seamstress over at Maison des Dentelles d'Faucher, or Faucher Lace House and Boutique over in Archimedes. It is a pleasure to meet you."

They moved in a bit closer surprised by this new found knowledge and is now intrigued. More than before.

"Do you do magic clothes? Like one that still fit in all body types?? I get creative and this place seems to be super magical and all"

Idly sitting around eating a sandwich on a bench, mostly just enjoying their day. Mostly. They were people watching half the time wondering if there was anyone worth bothering.

They spotted this man with a strong aura about them but that face looked exhausted.

"Dude you look tired"

The voices rang out while Choso walked by loud enough for them to hear them.

He raised a brow at the comment. Knowing immediately that he was the one being spoken to. Rounding that tired look on the person ??? Well, who was he to judge, he was half curse. And his brothers had different forms, so it was a non-issue.

"It's just my face. Though, I guess I am always pretty tired. Pretty odd way to get someone's attention."

He looked down at the sandwich and the empty spot on the bench.

"Want me to sit with you or something? I'm not very good at making friends."

They grins from ear to pointy ear showing their array of sharp teeth, charmed by the others offer and folded their wings to allow more room on the bench.

"You can sit on me but I won't guarantee I'd be comfortable. Whats got you looking for friends anyway? Don't got a lot of people to talk to? Though if you just got here I get it."

They queried before they took another bite of their sandwich.

"Here." Octavo shoves a glass jar filled with an opaque, pale blue substance in their face. A label on it reads SPIRITUAL CONCENTRATE. "I found this in one of the markets here. The shopkeep told me it's for people who eat spiritual energy and such. There are no real ghosts here so it's the best I can do. Can we call this off, now?"

The demon was going out of their apartment to throw out something before getting a bottle in their face, barely noticing the guy. They used their tail to snatch it, if it was something holy it at least wouldn't melt their face when opened. They seemed tired.

"Geez you're forward. Hold on."

They inspected it for a moment using their tail to moving it around. It seemed legit and they weren't feeling nauseous around it. So... He pop'd the cork from this thing with their claws and shoved the contents into their mouth.

Suddenly the inner heat inside their body started to glow brighter before settling down again.

Ama looked delighted and seemed to have a pep to their step in contrast to the disheveled look they had before.

"OH THAT HITS THE SPOT!"

They jumped over and gave the man a smooch on the cheek before happily backing off.

"Thank you ! Who was the merchant??"

They listened on and smiled widely.

"I suppose I'm fine then. I need a reason to kill someone. I admittedly was a bit more mindless in my youth. Mostly cause I didn't know who to trust."

They swiftly jumped up with their hind legs to the nearest lamp post to look down at the other.

"Sort of like now but I know attacking people irrationally only causes more issues if I'm more passive. So I just go after creeps, real scumbags. People wouldn't normally miss. So if you think about it I'm contributing to society."

They boasted and laid on the arch of the street lamp.

"I wonder if that reasoning will fly. Everyone got that one person who would miss them."

a rare moment of seriousness since his brother died, he was that person. His brother was a scumbag, taking money and ruining lives of those who actually believed him.

but still his brother.

"Thinking like that, you might cross the line one day. So I wouldn't call you fine."

"Maybe one day we'll fight it out."

"Oh touched a nerve huh big guy. Normally I wouldn't care but this place has got some funky way of doing things. So don't you worry your pretty little head, no ones gonna get got here. At least, I won't be doing it."

Casually ignoring that they have a vendetta against some purple bastard running around but keeping that to themselves.

"But sure we can fight it out once I get more powers; but I do love the hate s*x that comes afterwards more though. "

They showed their blue tongue at them to tease before resting on the light pole. Then got an idea with an excited gasp.

"Oh no! Wait! Better than s*x let me do your hair! Oh I'm gonna make you look crazy good if I win."

How odd. This is the first time anyone's complimented her hair in a while.

This guy got on his last nerve.

"Wow you REALLY are a piece of work, no wonder you don't have friends! That won't be an issue for you much longer though."

Without warning they lunged at them, going straight to biting down on his arm with their razor sharp teeth if he didn't dodge.

Ama's teeth snap closed on smoke, Octavo teleporting and reappearing several meters away, clutching his arm. They'd sunk their teeth in enough to get through the sleeve of his coat and draw a little blood.

"What is the matter with you?!" Octavo hisses. "I told you, I can't help you! I wasn't in my right mind! I'm not trying to slight you, I genuinely don't know what I can do! I didn't even know there was going to be a bloody lich!"

The fire seized and the masked face clamped back, their head turned all the way back to face Octavo before the rest of their puppet body followed.

There was clearly a lot wrong with them though they weren't hiding it. placing their hands on their hips. Knowing well that they would of (presumably) already hypnotized this guy if they had all their powers. Lucky.

"You seem to misunderstand the situation. I'm not ASKING you. I'm ORDERING you to right this wrong. I'll give you till the end of the month to figure it out. Or I'll make sure you get ALL the sleep you'll ever need. Forever. "

The demon wasn't letting up but they did back off for now...

"Don't worry I'll visit your room as a strong peasant girl I'm not that evil."

They cackled, jumping up to a nearby building, able to leap high lengths and latching onto the edge of the roof, pulling themselves up, proving they were not joking about how easily they can sneak into their room.

Ama blinked, admittedly they don't know much about technology and usually left it to others. So that concept was foreign to them.

They shook their head.

"Anyway, what are you doing out here? What were you doing before you got to this wasteland? You look like you used to bash a few heads for some mob boss."

"...Something like that. I'm a hunter, its my job to keep killing bad monsters. As in monsters who kill humans without reason. Your not one of those...right? I hate to kill someone so fun."

fun in what way? is the question that nobody wants answered. Since his violent tendencies isn't out in the open yet.

"I offered to help you in exchange I would fed on the ghost. Instead I had to deal with a ...LICH of all things! Then left me stranded in a fucking trash can! GIVE ME WHAT I'M OWED!"

The demon's voices raised louder at that those last words and fire was pouring of their mouth and mask visibly very angry.

"...this is about the Inn?" Octavo squints, not cowed by the little demon's tantrum. "You have to understand, I was halfway out of my mind from sleep deprivation. I barely remember any of the details. I'm not sure what you expect me to do when it comes to feeding you a ghost, though. If there are ghosts in this place, I haven't seen any."

They looked annoyed at that, and if they had pupils they would of seen them roll their eyes. Not hiding their irritation.

"Oh Gods, you were talking about the internet? That crap? What the hell would I do with that? Cybernetically jerk off some loser in Australia? Here I thought you had something fun around the corner with some actual freaks."

Here they thought they found a fun treat. Aw well.

"I want my powers back, I won't get them back by playing pretend. I need some REAL people... "

"Yeah, with how limited this whole city is. Its easy to get anywhere. Just find a group and I think they hosts orgy in the hotels around the area."

"Maybe, I never be caught in a orgy unless I get money out of it." and it was in his old days, but with a body like his, and powers too. Lots of people would pay to sleep with him, alas he's not about that life... perhaps in time if his money runs low. but he's not that desperate.
