It is interesting how the mind and the heart can hold onto so much. Emotions that achingly run through your body. Memories that pull you away from reality.
After this film, I sat and thought about a profound connection I had with someone on this platform.
I saw pieces of myself in every character. And it felt so insane to feel closure at the end of this film. A closure that I never got and longed for, for so long like Hae Sung. A never ending cycle of what ifs in my mind for years.
But just like in the film, “It’s true that if you leave you lose things, but you also gain things, too”.
