the tma fandom really had me hyped up to hate elias bouchard going into this series and. I’m halfway through season two and all this man has done is tell jon to go to sleep and politely ask him to stop stalking his employees.
hi! elias bouchard is a rat bastard motherfucker

“Before everything, before even humans, there were stories. A creature at a fire, conjuring a world with nothing but its voice and a listener’s imagination. And now, me and thousands like me, in little booths and rooms and mics and screens all over the world, doing the same for a family of listeners, connected as all families are, primarily by the stories we tell each other. And after, after fire and death, or whatever happens next, after the wiping clean or the gradual decay, after the after - when there are only a few creatures left, there will be one at a fire, telling a story to what family it has left. It was the first thing, and it will be the last.”

THE GLORIA SCOTT - now all in one place ! once again thank you to candy and also owl for yelling at me 💛
sherlock and co does sherlock SO WELL, he is human, he isn't a machine and he doesn't always understand. he is able to feel pain and suffering and victorias death leaves a mark because she was a victim and she had suffered her entire life, she didn't deserve that, she just wanted to change and he doesn't understand why her story was always going to end this way, because he wants to stop this from happening, he wants to help and his expression of this might not always be obvious but it is so obvious in this moment because that is what he has ultimately dedicated his mind and life to, helping others.
has this been done before

Bed against eleven walls: We're definitely not in normal reality anymore
Bed against twelve walls: I think we're the only ones here. Just me and the bed.
Bed against thirteen walls: It's weirdly... cozy over here.
Bed against fourteen walls: Could this have been what I wanted all along? Solitude?
Bed against sixteen walls: Wait, Did you see that? We skipped 15.
Bed against twenty walls: No, this is definitely too much. Somebody get me out of here!
Bed against twenty eight walls: The skips are getting bigger, the walls are closing in...
Bed against forty walls: They're suffocating me...
