What's Flare!Sycamore's motivations and end goals? Why do he be evil tho.

Aye, i dont know if "evil" is the right word. See Colress from BW2, it's more in the "name of science" being pushed way too far. He knows he's going too far with his researches, and his need of knowledge but that doesn't scare him in the slightest. Like i said, he is obsessed with the newly discovered fairy type and the mega evolutions. And he wants to see if humans can achieve that sort of "evolution" For a long time, most fairy types were classified as normal types, right? so what if humans were "miss-classified". What if humans were "normal type" pokemon, that evolved past their needs for abilities like pokemons. What if humans do have the ability to "mega evolve" when their environment is stable enough to do so? What if harnessing Xerneas' powers made it so that humans are able to thrive and discover their best potential, and "evolve" to their ultimate form. Doesnt that sound great? Even if it comes with the cost of immense pain that drives most test subject to madness [reminder that it is canon that Mega-Evolution is painful for pokemon and that's why you can only do it once per battle]

Obnot sure what type of HC you want, but i can try: -He uses the actual french version of Augustine (Augustin)  -Eerily calm and collected most the time, but his temper tantrum, even if rare, are just terrifying -Tad bit taller than our regular Sycamore ( ITS NOT HEELS GUYS, STOP LOOKING AT HIS SHOES!!!!) -Actually HATES the bright orange that the Team flare has to wear. -Terrible father to Calem. Lys is a better step dad overall, despite it all... -Obsessed with fairy types and mega evolution. In the worst way possible <3 -Sweet tooth : if his coffee can’t send a diabetic in a coma he wont drink it -Not a morning person, but can make an effort
