I'm very biased by Team Rocket (mostly Meowth ig) but I'd say my all-time favorites are those:
EP070 - Go West Young Meowth
EP104 - Bound For Trouble
EP211 - Fly Me to the Moon
PK12 - Gotta Dance
JN106 - Radio Lulled the Mischievous Stars!
JNS05 - Distant Blue Sky
It's very hard to say for certain, as there are actually about 20-30 episodes that I'd call my favorites. Some honorary mentions: The Ghost of Maiden's Peak, Tanks a Lot!, Forest Grumps and Mimikyu Unmasked. Maybe I should post them all one day.
And I love most of the series actually!
At first place coming in: OG, AG, DP and SM. Absolutely loved them, great humor, great Team Rocket content. Slightly biased towards OG because I watched them the most, those are the classics; and towards Sun and Moon because those sweet motherfuckers actually decided to give Team Rocket a home and I loved that.
Second place: Journeys! Also gave Team Rocket some great episodes; but by far not as many. Also the writing in general felt really good and like a fitting end for Ash.
And XY was also good! BW was perhaps ... less good.

I love that episode, and the way Jessie gets the other Wurmple is just hilarious. She wants to trade Wurmples with May on three, but then at two she just snatches it and runs. I love her.
Also, it's not always that I remember - other resources that often help me are Bulbapedia, my own pokeani spreadsheet, and well, Google and Google Image search. Though if I can I try to simply remember and find it myself - like in case of this image :)
