🔵 How often will this project be updated? I don't have any timeline or imposed deadline on putting out new pages! This project is mostly for myself, and I don't particularly want to stress about it--I want to enjoy the project as I go :) (We also have a baby on the way, so it'll be very difficult to stick to a schedule LOL)

Hello! My name is @diamondphantom (also @diamondphantom-art), but you can call me Dia. Ever since I was a kid, I’ve wanted to create my own Pokemon region filled with new places, characters, and Pokemon of course!

Although creating a fan game would be cool, it's not really in my skill set right now to do so. Therefore, I decided on a different approach.

My child self was obsessed with Pokemon video game strategy guides. I would read over them again and again, looking for hidden clues, new information, and creating stories in my head based on the lore inside. So, instead of creating a fan game, I want to put my ideas into a ‘concept strategy guide’ that allows readers to build their own understanding of the world and characters—just like I did as a kid.

The “Pokemon: Soul Dew — The Official Strategy Guide” is a book created for a game that doesn’t exist! The “game” takes place in the Lato region—loosely based on the country of Poland. As a child of Polish immigrants, I want to use my unique experiences to tell a story with new characters, new lore, and—of course—new Pokemon!
