“I was just thinking Oddy probably wants out too,” She smiled at the other trainer. “Do you think the backyard would be okay? I mean it’s a Pokemon Lab, it’s got to be safe to let them out there, right?”
“I would assume so. Plus it’s surely fenced, right?” Lukas asked as he began moving towards the backdoor. “What could possibly happen out there that the professor hasn’t already seen?” Lukas asked with a laugh.

« Ingrid couldn’t help but chuckle at his response. “This is actually my first time here too, but hey, why not explore, right?” she agreed, getting up from her seat. “Let’s have this little twinkle help us out,” she continued, taking Gastly out of his Pokeball, knowing he could simply go through the walls to check on the rooms so that they won’t have to do much of the work. “What if we find something that we’re not supposed to?” she joked, turning to her companion. »
“Well, I suppose there’s nothing wrong with that!” Lukas laughed as he stood up as well after the woman did. He watched as she released Gastly and watched as the pokemon floated through one of the walls. “Can’t have an adventure without a little mystery and danger, can you?” Lukas asked with a grin as he moved towards a random door, figuring to just try his luck.

Tabby shrugged, she wasn’t sure if they were allowed to let their Pokemon roam free. She’d see a Cubchoo and a Rockruff running around at different points, but she wasn’t clear if they’d been misbehaving or not. “Not sure, mine is pretty good about sleeping in his ball. Or if he gets out, causing trouble undetected.” She looked at the boy, “What’s the worst that could happen though, right? From the old man’s stories he’s been on the receiving end of more than a few Pokemon attacks and lived to tell the tale.”
“I suppose you’re right,” Lukas hummed as he realized what the girl was saying. Professor Oak was likely to see some amazing things, as well as dangerous things considering how many people transfer their pokemon to him. “Well...Cubone isn’t exactly the most rational pokemon. If someone makes it mad, it knows how to hold a grudge.” Lukas admitted with a cheeky grin.

“Outside’s probably a good place to start – less people out there who might trip over him. Or her,” Hayley said, her interest piqued when she heard the word Cubone. She’d seen a couple just outside of Jubilife City before, and had always thought they were especially adorable. “Do you want some company? My Shinx is probably dying to get out of their ball too, they’re not used to me staying inside for this long.”
“Sure! I have no issue with having some company.” Lukas admitted with a shrug of his shoulders and a smile. “A Shinx, huh?” Lukas asked with a chuckle as he moved towards the door. “How did you end up with Shinx as your pokemon?”

Troy nodded in the direction of Oak’s back yard. “The whole place is fenced in because he keeps Pokemon on site for research from the looks of it. But be careful for roaming Tauros, one of those fuckers almost took my eye out when I was out smoking.”
Lukas turned towards the other man when he heard him speaking before nodding his head as he took in his words. “I suppose I can be a little cautious.” Lukas said with a chuckle. “Thanks, man,” Lukas said before making his way towards the direction that the other man had nodded. “Oh, the name is Lukas by the way!”
Lukas takes a walk down Route 1 looking for Pokemon, does he come across any?
Lukas is walking along when suddenly he is buffeted by sand! He manages to fan enough of it away to see that it is a male Pidgey using Gust that’s creating the obstacle.
“It’s time to make you a new friend, Cubone!” Lukas yelled before releasing Cubone from it’s pokeball. “Alright Cubone, give it everything you got! Boneclub!” Lukas yelled out. After, Lukas would throw a pokeball, hoping to catch his first non-starter pokemon.

Lukas blinked as he heard a girl’s voice towards him before turning towards it. He smiled and nodded as he registered her words. “Ah, thanks a lot! That would actually be fantastic!” Lukas said with a grin before it turned into a frown. “Would you happen to be able to point me in what direction it would be in?” Lukas asked the other with a sheepish grin. Lukas, to put it nicely, was horrible with directions.
Lukas was definitely having a ball at this party. Lukas wasn’t ashamed to admit that he definitely had a more...Privileged childhood. So events like this were quite the norm for him. And he knew how to deal with just about any social scenario. “Is there a place around that I can let my Cubone out?” Lukas wondered out loud. Cubone definitely was getting restless, and the last thing he needed was for his pokemon to throw it’s bone at something of the professor’s.
“Hey!” Luca called at the person passing by. “I’m bored. How do you feel about spicing things up a little bit with a little competition. Want to play a drinking game?” He said, trying to be casual and not make it really obvious how competitive he was.
“That depends,” Lukas said with a grin as he stopped and turned towards the other man with a rather cheeky and mischievous grin. “What’s in it for the winner?” Lukas asked with a raised eyebrow as he looked at te other man.

“Sit, no, sit. No, n-oh,” Roman sighed as his Rockruff ran off to greet whoever had entered the small training room, his pokeball shrinking as he tucked it back onto his belt.. They had been working on dashing before the pokemon had gotten bored, preferring to sniff out every inch of the new environment rather than listen to him.
“Sorry, about that,” he said, scooping up the squirming pokemon before he burrowed into the nook of Roman’s arm, content to be carried, “he’s real friendly, just hates being in the ball, and listening to me, apparently.”
Lukas didn’t know what he walked in the middle of...But it was definitely amusing to say the least. The younger man smirked as he heard the other say that he’s real friendly, just hates being in the ball and listening to him. “Well if you really want him to listen to you, perhaps try asking those Dragon Tamers for a tip or two?” Lukas offered with a shrug of his shoulders.
“And it’s all good. I would prefer to let my Cubone out, but I’m not quite sure what he would do around this many people and unfamiliar territory.” Lukas admitted with a shrug of his shoulders.

“i’m surprised no one’s started battling yet.” wendy mused. partially to the person standing next to her, but mostly to herself. she had a habit of talking out loud. usually her opinions tended to set some people off. it was a problem. “this whole party is a little dull, honestly. is no one going to start breaking anything? or do i have to be the inaugural one?”
Lukas grinned as he heard the woman’s words. “Everyone is probably trying to be respectful, or some bullshit like that.” Lukas said with a chuckle as he looked at the other. “And what would you start off with breaking?” Lukas asked. Not judging or condeming the other, but actually curious.
