Started a playthrough of Ruby and Sapphire with my bf. I just wanted us to battle Pokemon together but he decided to make it more interesting. He said why don’t we do nuzlocke runs and then battle with the team we used to beat the gym?

….

So that’s what we’re doing!

He chose Treeko and I chose Torchic

He decided to throw out his starter because it would be too easy.

He did wipe his save and started again. We both ended up fighting Roxanne and didn’t lose anyone. During the pvp he won!

Been working on my Pokemon white professor oak challenge and found this cutie on Route 2. Her name is Bitsy after the Legends of Avantris character. 🥰

Hoping for no repeats because I’ll be on route 2 for awhile grinding.

a year or two ago I had an idea of a water/ghost primarina. Which instead of an opera singer it would be more like a 'wailer' (professional mourner).

I never went back to the concept though.

like a uh. something along the lines of: "It cries for those who have no one else left to mourn them."

Consider the concept of them being naturally inclined towards 'dead areas', it could be reasoned that--in some odd cases--they've never seen another 'alive animal' outside of their own.

And I think anyone would be a bit startled upon seeing something you've only ever encountered dead, moving and breathing.

Last Pokémon to evolve before Celadon is Rapidash! Time for badge #5 with 119/170 caught.

Failed a shiny in the Pokemon Mansion 😭 Just trying to grind levels for my Ponyta and it decided to show. Threw a ball in a last ditch effort before the inevitable and failed. Grabbing a damp Pokémon before going back.
