The Darlings
Despite owning the New York Inquirer since 1805, the Darlings are best known for two things: the XXX magazines they started selling on street corners in the 70s, and Mr. Darling's infamous cheating scandal of 2016. Caught sleeping with one of their ex modals on the set of one of their adult movies, his sex tape has done irreprible damage to their public image whilst scarring their kids retinas.
Now married to the woman he was caught with, the newly mixed family will be forced to come to terms with their new blended identiy, all under the threat of the Karens trying to kill their sex business. Daddy Darling Daddy Darling has been holding down the family business since his Father retired. He's a known chauvinist, and has done nothing but embrace his bad reputation since his very public scandal. A charmer / slimey salesman. Mother Darling Mother Darling would be a whole lot easier to oust if she didn't own half the company. Her family's old money saved the Inquirer from going out of business back in the 50s and the families have been tied together since. Riley Love After getting knocked up as a teen, "riley" has been doing her best to succeed in life without being stopped by her previous decisions. Whilst some look upon her choices as unfavourable, other's wank bank has relied heavily on her past content. Most seem to think she's just another blonde bimbo, but there's a definite business brain in there somewhere.. Eldest Darling Whether he was groomed into becoming the heir to the business or just wants it the most, it's unclear. What IS well known is their determination to oust Daddy Darling from his CEO spot before he drives the company into the ground... Middle Child #1 Darling Middle child used to vye for the #1 spot and spins frequently between trying very hard to prove themselves + spitting everything back at their faily when things don't go their way. Volitile. Indecisive. Middle Child #2 Darling Middle child #2 *never* had any interest in the family business, determined to make it on their own. Maybe they're chasing fame, starting their own company, anything that hasn't putting their sticky fingers in the running for heir.
Youngest Darling No one expects much from their youngest, do they? The Darlings certainly don't. For appearances sake, the Youngest is just happy to be invited to the party, though their genuine feelings about having so little expectations on there is unclear. Are they hurt? Do they have a point to prove? Are they planning to burn everything to the ground? Unsure.
Eldest Love Eldest Love was the accident of two drunk teenagers in the late 90s, and they know it. Unfortunately, their broken family meant they ended up taking a lot of responsibility on with regards to their younger brother, and now struggle to express their own struggles and emotions for fear of feeling selfish.
Youngest Love (reserved) No one knows what's going on with him, to be honest. For the most part, he's following in his mother's footsteps, starring in the occassional adult film, though the pay isn't enough to fund his drug habit. How he makes that money... well, wouldn't you like to know?

Revised Opening!
Hi everyone! I'm so sorry about this post. We want to make sure to give you the best experience possible. We also want to make sure we have tons of interested people! We decided to delay our site opening, but we are going to open the discord tomorrow. Tomorrow, you can expect some site sneak peeks, want ad sneak peaks, and some character developing throughout the week! We hope to see everyone there tomorrow!
Wasteland was a club created by Delaney in 2017. Wasteland was a dream that Delaney has had in her head through years. She worked hard to earn the money and keep the business up and running. It is now one of the most popular clubs in the heart of Brooklyn. Wasteland is disguised as an abandoned convivence store, due to an apocalypse, everything is run down, but if you find a secret door it leads to a club. The club is full of neon lights and loud blaring music. It's a safe place for everyone to go. Delaney takes pride in making sure that everyone is safe and having a good time. You can either enjoy the mystery of the club and it solve it's story or you can just go to have a good time. Wasteland hosts concerts sometimes and takes pride in the acts that they have playing. They have small artists all the way to big artists playing. Delaney's heart and soul is put into this night club. If you ever wanted an absent father, a mother with high expectations, and a family full of trauma, this is the family for you. The Banks family is one of the most well known families in all of Manhattan. They’re known for their various businesses such as running different hotels, and different restaurants. They’re ruthless, they buy out small businesses and don’t care about their employees. Their mom isn’t nice to anyone and she is probably one of the most horrible people you could ever work for and she makes sure to bring that home to her kids.
Oldest Sibling [30] - They had the highest expectation and is seen as their ‘golden child’. They’re the one set up to be the best in the family business. They were the main person who raised their siblings. I picture them as seeming as they have the perfect life but behind the scenes it’s far from perfect. I was thinking maybe they’re in a marriage that is about to end in divorce. I was thinking maybe they had a kid. Maybe they’re not doing so great at their job but they’re sliding by.
Middle Sibling [27] - They don’t have their life together at all. They realized that they never would meet their parent’s expectations. I was thinking that maybe they struggles with a drug addiction that everyone but Cecily ignores, I would be up for any discussion but them and Cecily are very close.
Cecily [Taken] [Chrissy Costanza] [23] - She’s so tired of trying to be the best for her parents. She used to try all the time when she was younger. As she got older, the need to try decreased, until it just vanished. Deep down though she wishes that she could make her mom happy or maybe that her dad would notice her. She continues to fail on purpose because it’s better than trying and failing. She’s closest to her middle sibling. She left her family home and began streaming when she was 16. She created her own business and her mom still doesn’t see it as succeeding.
Youngest sibling [18] - They just turned 18 and they are about to enter their first year of college at NYU for business. They’re set to take over the family business like the oldest sibling. Maybe they have dreams of doing something different but they’re afraid of all the hate they see the middle children get and they’re afraid to follow their own heart.
Mom [50] - She married into this world and quickly took it over. She continues to build the business and proved herself to her father-in-law who handed the business over to her a decade ago. She doesn’t care about who she steps on to get her way. She believes that her children should be perfect. She only really acknowledges the Youngest and the Oldest. She only acknowledges Cecily to bring her down and she almost never acknowledges her second oldest. She doesn’t care about making them happy, she cares about making sure that their business doesn’t fail. She’s in an unhappy marriage, and is almost never around her husband who is constantly traveling for work.
Dad [53] - He is barely involved in his children’s lives. once upon a time, he cared about them a lot. Then his marriage got worse and he didn’t want to be home any more. He comes home every once in awhile but all of the kids hold a resentment toward him, feeling like he left them behind. No one actually knows what his job is and no one really seems to bring it up any more. All they know is he travels and almost rarely comes home.
I am also up for any Cousins/Aunts/Uncles/Family friends etc. I would love to grow their family, just reach out if you would be interested in this. These are all just basic ideas, if you have any specific ideas let me know!

Hi!!! I'm Breeze one of your admins! The only important thing you should know about me is I am obsessed with Scarlet Witch. I'm writing a book right now, but it isn't anywhere near completed. I really love writing and am actually in school for it right now.
I have a cat named, Jack, he's super cute and super hyper. He either runs wild around my house or he's cuddling, there is no in-between. He will be friends with anyone, as long as you pet him and play with him.
I'm currently trying to get back into reading but it's very hit or miss. I either read 2 books a week or nothing at all. If you have any good book recommendations, I'd love to hear them!
As for rping, I've been rping for almost 10 years now, which is absolutely wild. I've been an admin or mod for about 7 of those years on and off. It's been about a year since I last rped but I'm excited to get back into it.
Honestly, my favorite characters to write are ones with mommy issues. 🙈I really love characters that have gone though a lot but overcome their trials.

Hi there friends! We are so excited to get the site open and we can't wait for you all to create all of your amazing characters. We just wanted to share with you our plans on opening within the next week!
Intros - March 25 - Feel free to introduce yourself, we want to get to know everyone. Send us a gif that describes you, a little bit about yourself and your favorite type of character to write.
Fc reserves - March 27 - Reserve the Face Claims that you want, you can reserve up to 3 Face Claims. Once you reserve those Face Claims, the reserve will be good for 72 hours after our site opens.
Want ad previews - March 28 - We are so excited to introduce our sites Want Ads. We want to introduce pre-planned plots so that your character can have plenty of space to jump in and get started.
Want ad reserves - March 29 - After viewing those want ads you can decide if you want a character from that want ad. You can send us a message and we'll be happy to put you in. These will be first come, first serve. Make sure to DM us with a little bit about the character and the face claim you plan on using.
Character Introduction - March 30 - Send us a blurb about your character and we'll feature them. Let us know their face claim and a few features about them.
