But for real, I think I'm gonna be posting a couple of polls in the next few weeks so as not to spam the tags, in hopes of comparing them after. (Already did the "who do you identify with the most" poll, but I have a few more ideas.)
Requirements to be chosen by the honmoon:
have parental trauma
be an outcast for whatever reason
have a secret unhinged smile
have the innate ability to somehow: be cuteness-aggression-inducing-ly cute, be jaw-dropping-ly beautiful, and look able to kill someone easily (and get away with it), all at the same time
be any flavour of sapphic
I dunno where I saw this but you know that comment where it's like "the disadvantage of being in a polycule is that if you have a type it becomes very evident? Yeah well that gave me an idea in bed one night and surprisingly I remembered it the next day and it's been sitting in my drafts since. So here we go. Basically took all the similarities between all the different pairings to be the one not in the pairing's type. Guys (gender neutral), this ways wayyyy harder than I thought it would be (rewatched the movie to collect screenshots) because all three of them share SO MANY mannerisms, someone (maybe I'll end up doing it lol) should do a compilation of screenshots of every single time Huntr/x all have the EXACT SAME EXPRESSION. I swear it happens so much more than I remembered. (EDIT: I ended up doing that post. So uh. Zoey's type
Taller than her, coloured hair, moody/dramatic, kind of drop-dead gorgeous and looks like she could kill you easily (and you'd gladly let her), insecure, insanely long hair, sharper features, strong (we all know Rumi is, but let me remind you of Mira whipping around a whole-ass fairly big demon and throwing him like REALLY hard), confident (at least in some situations, or as a personna), secret softie identity, listens to her and with the softest fucking expression, grouchy, cat behaviours, sad wet cat vibes, introvert, goofball
Mira's type
Has some... puppy-like behaviours, shorter than her, softer features (I know I put sharper features in Zoey's, but Rumi has in-between features me thinks), big brown eyes (I know they all have brown eyes but compared to Mira, both have huge pretty brown eyes (not counting Rumi's demon eye)), mischievous, (not canon but) ("typical" presenting) autistic, goofball
Rumi's type
Guard dog tendencies, (less canon for Zoey but) has pretty good emotional intelligence, goofball

I know it's animated and easier to do if they all have the same expressions and stuff, but they do each have their own mannerisms, so the fact that they share so many and are so silly together idk just... polytrix, y'all.

Bonus thoughts that aren't concerning any particular moments of the movie (from when I accidentally ended up watching Frozen again):

Wow kpdh is literally Frozen but Korean style and with shippable characters and technically a ‘romance’ (scoffing as I’m writing this)
Elsa having to hide her magic from Anna → Rumi having to hide her patterns from the other two
Being scared of hurting the people they love
The men in the movies are terrible

Wow I sidetrack into the not-gay a lot oops (previous post) but in my notes on my third watch (that I took in a notebook so no screenshots) (yes I took notes during two whole watch-throughs, I don’t even know what I’m doing with my life anymore) I’d written “eyebrows lmao” and that’s it. I got very confused. And then this happened.

(FYI I was not on Tumblr yet when I wrote this, and I've seen a few people point it out, so everyone probably knows this, but I think my crashing out about it is funny so I guess I'll put it anyway)

But earlier, remember how all their outfits are black and gold for the Idols? Except for Rumi’s white undershirt thing, and their white shorts/skirts, there is no white in their outfits. Even the other girls’ undershirts are black.
Now, why is this at all relevant, you ask?Because if you look at the cover for the soundtrack, it’s them. In all white and gold. Floating in the air. Which happens after the Idols. Now, again, Rumi was left in her white shirt and shorts after Takedown. But Mira and Zoey are still in black. So when did they change???
(Oh my god, I just noticed so many things on there, but that’s not gay related (other than Mira having VERY clear patterns on her sleeves??? (and skirt, same for Zoey) RAINBOW ONES??? (Zoey has some too, but they are a little less obvious)))
So I rewinded.

Okay. I’m am not saying I love this scene, it breaks my heart every time, but I kind of love how they aren’t scared of Rumi. They are mostly confused, and betrayed. Mira is furious that she lied, and Zoey looks so heartbroken…
And then they assume that she manipulated them, which, like, rough
“No! No! I was using him! To fix all this! To fix me! So we could all do our duty, be strong, be together.” -Rumi (... okay, I need to come back to this)

Only two shin-kal, and she’s not holding them like she’s going to use them. Mira’s just protecting her other girl… Neither of them would really hurt her, if it came down to it, I don’t think (unless she hurt Zoey, then Mira would absolutely defend her, but Rumi would never hurt Zoey, so my point stands)

Rumi isn’t into Jinu. At least not at first. The movie literally would’ve been cut short and he would’ve died if it hadn’t been a mannequin.
Also. Rumi is creepily silent. Like a cat. (Really not beating the tiger Rumi allegations, Rumi.)
I see Jinu as kind of an older brother to Rumi, honestly. She finds him super annoying, but also like someone she can trust, and definitely feels some kinship to him, but like… I don’t know, she’s way too much of a perfectionist and has been raised by Celine for god’s sake, there’s no way she’d even realize she’s into him in less than like at least 6 months, and it would take working through her prejudice (if you can call it that) against demons first.

Love that most fanfics seem to headcanon Derpy as Rumi’s therapy tiger and Mira and Sussie being a pair (Now that I think of it, Sussie and Mira might seem so similar not just for their general attitude (though obviously that too) but I was just thinking about how expressive Mira's face is despite the RBF, and Sussie definitely has the bird version of RBF, while ALSO being extremely expressive for a BIRD).
