I am a disabled woman with no income outside of commissions at the moment — I'm currently in the process of appealing after my application for disability was denied, but it's slow going and, at this point, just a waiting game.
If you can't afford to commission me or just aren't interested in jewelry but want to help out, my ko-fi is also pomegrandiose.
Commissions help me a lot, even outside of money. Having something to do is very good for me — I've been unemployed for over a year now and I get bored very easily. Making jewelry based on other people's ideas is both exciting and productive for me. I especially love designing pieces based off of images, songs, and characters, if that's something you're interested in.
You can see photos of some of my work above. I have also done some work with macrame and paracord, though I'm much less confident with them.
Fidget bracelets are pictured in the sixth image — they are primarily made with beads of varying textures and shapes, with a section of seed beads and a large hole bead strung over them so that it can move freely. I'd be happy to discuss creating a necklace version in the future as well!
Some of the pieces pictured here are currently for sale — if any of them interest you, please check my #available tag! I'm also happy to create pieces similar to past work on commission, but my ability to recreate something exactly will depend on supplies.
