I feel like the only person who is trying to fix problems that everyone else has created and I am so hurt and worn and tired I don’t know what to do anymore and I can’t live with these restrictions on my life I just want to leave I want to quit and just leave

I had a nervous breakdown thursday night and I’ve been unable to get out of bed because of it. I tried going outside today to walk but I became so restless and sick I almost passed out in the hallway coming back to my place. Things have gotten so difficult all at once and it occurred to me that I’ve been growing into my mental problems instead of tackling them the way I think I have and it’s troubling because now I need to get help for something I have no control of on top of all the life things that have spiraled out of my control too. I don’t know what to do anymore because I keep hurting everyone around me and my instability exacerbates their instability and I’m completely torn at the end. I’m calling doctors tomorrow to try and fix it since I’m hoping most people are back from their vacations now. I’m just so tired. I’m so worn and thin and tired.
