Heya my lovely followers who haven't given up on me even though I haven't posted anything in centuries! I love you all so much! :') and I swear to god I haven't forgotten any of you! "Cosette, wait!" A grumpy looking girl with a very high ponytail that swung every time her feet pounded on the floor yelled at her little blonde friend.

Éponine kept glancing at the paper the boy next to her was studying- she hadn't even noticed him here before and she supposed that was quite bad. She rolled her eyes and focused back to the radio- and Cosette- who was bouncing around like a mad puppy. The music started, and Cosette bounced around even more, swaying. Éponine, however, closed her eyes and smiled, absorbing the sounds, rich and colourful, coming from the radio. She tapped her feet and sighed, happy to finally escape to a bit of peace. "Éponine, I have to go, Father wanted me back before half five," the blonde haired girl giggled, and waved, dancing out of the bar. Éponine lifted a hand in farewell, but nothing distracted her from intently listening to the soft jazz hazily making it's way through the room.

"Are you okay?" He frowned, watching her carefully as he finished his food.
“I’m more than ok," Éponine replied, beaming. “Maybe it’s cause I haven’t ever been happy like this before that you think something’s wrong!"

"Hey, that’s mean even for you dear friend." Hannah said with a small roll of her eyes. Enjolras simply sighed and turned around when they saw Dumbledore coming down.
Éponine went to stand beside Hannah, as Dumbledore explained to them what would be happening. She sighed, and ran her fingers through her hair, dreading what the tasks might be.
"It will be okay." Hannah smiled comforting her. She was so excited about all this, it didn’t even make sense.
"The first task will be kept a secret until it is time to complete it. Good luck," Dumbledore smiled and walked out of the room. After a long pause, Éponine sighed. "I'd have thought Harry Potter might have been chosen." "Oh, me too," Cosette chipped in.
