When you meet someone equally as weird as you
I feel like this is essentially how all of my friendships start.
tip of his gun, the cool steel contrasting a definite warmth radiating-- if the beads of sweat gathered at the male's brow was anything to go by-- his accidental captive's skin. "Wakey wakey eggs and bacon. If you can hear me, keep sweating."
Johnny groaned as he felt something cold against his forehead. He swatted at whatever it was before curling towards the couch again, trying to warm up in any way.
Another groan from Johnny and he reached around for the remote, grabbing it and turning on the television. Without looking, he demonstrated the buttons flawlessly and dropped the remote in the direction of the voice he heard before burrowing in his couch again.
Wade watched with infantile fascination at the display, grabbing for the magical box of wonder for lazy people everywhere-- himself included. He used the remote to tap the back of Johnny's head an instance or two, growing tired of playing nice (or at least, his version of playing nice) and cracking the plastic against the feverish male's head. "These are all infomercials. Don't you have cable?" Haha, Cable. "If you keep sleeping like that you're gonna start hallucinating, and I'm not gonna be the designated driver when we go bury the body in your trunk."

"As tempting as that sounds I’m going to have to pass."
"My spotlight then. Mine."

Surprise beautiful person! Once you get this, you must put it into at least eight peoples asks, (anonymously), who deserve it. If you break the chain nothing will happen but it's nice to know that someone thinks you're beautiful :) you deserve it!
// Hot dayum, thank you, this put a smile on my face!
"Yo, guess what? Word has it you piss yourself a little every time I show my handsome face; I wanted to ask if that was the smell last time. Cause I got blamed for that one."
Lain’s face went pale hearing that voice. “Wh-what do you want?” She asked turning quickly to face him. She didn’t want him to get too close and to do that she had to keep her eyes on him.
"What?" Lain asked getting more annoyed. "Go play with and electrical socket!" She sputtered. "Why do you care? You only come around when you want an easy way to freak the fuck out of someone." She asked now sitting up right on the bed.
Start running, next she'll be telling you to go on a diet. "The last time I shoved a fork in there, the toaster stopped working. No waffles for a week, it was horrible." He reached to wipe an invisible tear, "Sides, I don't see a ring on my finger," Don't get any ideas. You can't even see your finger "You're one of my favorites though. Not everyone jumps when they see me, it's hell of a better welcome wagon than a gun."

Woah… what the… how much did I drink last night? When did THAT happen???
"I… I wasn’t one before!" Steve stated immediately. "Or better… not like that… just… gosh, Wade, why did you do that? Did you really do that? Can’t… remember anything. This is… gosh, this is just embarrassing!"
"Well that explains a few things; think we could do it again sometime?" Not a sliver of shame clung to his being, for what he had-- or as Steve preferred to believe, hadn't-- done.

"Wait really?" Jessica was surprised he still wanted to spend time with her. She didn’t take the hint on what Wade was trying to imply."Uh well the movies then…I haven’t been there in a long time…Uh well…it was actually Peter who….I’ve actually never gone…Uh…" The girl stopped herself from blabbering so much, forgetting she promised not to speak of Peter.
Hairless brows shot toward a nonexistent hairline, reflecting Wade's unexpected, albeit equally welcome, surprise. Admittedly, he looked forward to dragging her and allowing the alluring aroma of salt, cholesterol and over-priced skittles to seduce agreement from Jessica. "I promise not to let one rip and let you take the heat? No, keep talking about what a terrible boyfriend, twin, clone, doppelganger spidey-butt is. I need some dirt on him"
"Yo, guess what? Word has it you piss yourself a little every time I show my handsome face; I wanted to ask if that was the smell last time. Cause I got blamed for that one."
Lain’s face went pale hearing that voice. “Wh-what do you want?” She asked turning quickly to face him. She didn’t want him to get too close and to do that she had to keep her eyes on him.
Lain sighed. “Wade, please just go away. I’ve had a bad day and really don’t need you here messing with me.” She said. Truth be told she didn’t want to be alone, but she didn’t want his company either.
Sympathy stretched no further than his left pinky-- and an incident involving a can opener and torn nerve made it a near impossible feat. "But I haven't even gotten to the good part yet! You haven't run away screaming, or called the cops." A moment's consideration, or perhaps lack of better excuse to remain, Wade titled his head a fraction, "Who's ass do I gotta kick?"
Just like that. Basically brushed off by a guy she didn’t know thanks to a fly grabbing his attention. She felt… ignored, which was probably as close to the truth as she could get without knowing more about this… masked mystery that basically landed on her doorstep. She glared, eyes boring into his skull as if that would knock some sense into him. No luck, unfortunately, because she was unfortunately very easily dragged along by a bruising grip on her wrist.
"Excuse you!" she protested angrily, yanking her wrist away with a harsh tug and a scowl. Rubbing the slightly reddened area with a huff, she looked at Masky with the idea that maybe, just maybe, she was being kidnapped. "I think they’d miss an agent, thank you very much. Anyway, where are we going? And what is your name?”
Similarly, as her internal frustration broiled within the encasement of veins, his excitement for company propelled across mind and blood alike, leaving him hauling a brooding Katherine who's distaste reflected only in sharp words and the press of thin lips pursed together. Wade caught her grim expression with a glance over his shoulder, only to quip, "Oh, you could smell that?" He was joking, partially, allowing Katherine to pull from his slackened grip for the sake of her comfort-- and the safety of his unprotected shins-- as they continued to stride forth, "Think they'll miss you as much as much as the life of the party?" Clearly ignoring the literal sense behind his speech, healing factors did that to a person, the cancerous man continued around the sharp honk of an impatient car, "When was the last time an automated audience clapped for you?" Around the same time as you. You mean never? Sensing no change in her demeanor-- tough crowd, try juggling. he picked at the items on his belt, mumbling, "You sure you're an agent and not related to Cyclops? You know, he's got the shiny sunglasses, beams outta his eyes? Or do you just like what you see?" Unwavering from his initial plan, Wade thought for a moment, briefing his response before revealing a hint of truth from an otherwise big mouth, "Deadpool, I thought you knew that. Y'know, ten times better than Spiderman and Wolverine combined?"

Johnny groaned as he felt something cold against his forehead. He swatted at whatever it was before curling towards the couch again, trying to warm up in any way.
Removing the potential threat from a clearly unfazed party's overheated cranium, somewhat startled by the feverish display of disinterest in company, Wade watched as his hand dropped leisurely against faded jeans-- for once, not using the alias beloved by all of New York. Yeah right. He crouched, prodding his knuckles against the exposed back facing him. "Still breathing? I can't figure out your TV's remote, this is an emergency."

Jessica gave out a long sigh at Wade.” When are not ever getting kicked out of Mexican places?” She looked to her side before starting to walk away.” Seems I’ll just go patrolling again. Sorry for wasting your time.” The girl didnt even look back at him, yet she showed nothing that she was hurt and alone lately.
"Wait, hang on a sec," haha, get it? She's not hanging right now, though. Give it a second, it won't be long now before Dumbpool fucks it up. "Shut up, she's not leaving." Despite a confident front, Wade emphasized his point by scrambling in front of Jessica, "just cause Pedro has it out for me doesn't mean we can't still play cops and robbers, or grab a slice, or--" Thinking better, for once, how long will it last? Wade stopped there, allowing a lopsided grin to replace whatever speech lingered at the tip of his tongue.
Katherine just gave him a look. Not just any look, they look. The calculating look. The look that said that she couldn’t believe she was actually considering to go and get food with this psycho lunatic. But she was
starving. She hadn’t had anything to eat since breakfast, and her metabolism was speedy enough as it was. Without food, she was useless in the field.
“Okay, I retract my earlier statement,” she said quickly, before she could change her mind again and make the sane decision. “I’m totally hungry enough to get something to eat with you. Only if you can guarantee I will still have some of my sanity left when I return home. Or SHIELD base. Whichever. Not your place.” She crossed her arms over her chest, already feeling antsy about the decision.
Had a fly not found its helpless path upon the mercenary's peripheral vision, he might have caught twin smoldering embers attempting to break into every crease and crevice of his existence and undermine every fiber of good intention. Waving a hand at the fly-- or her suspicion-- Wade allowed its buzzing to filter out the remaining of her nagging, "I get it, I get it, no eating sanity or leaving SHIELD, I know they'd miss me; can't say the same about you though." Without further ado, a gloved hand clamped around the slender expanse of her wrist, giving it a rough yank in his apartment's general direction, "I think I have leftover pizza from a week ago sitting at the counter-- it's still good!"
"Funny smart ass, I meant why are you here? In my apartment, when I am about to shower before work?" Lain asked now kicking herself for mentioning the shower. "You know I can throw you right?” She asked backing up a bit but falling on the bed.
"Is it too late to warn you about dropping the soap?" As limbs flailed and met with a mattress in a spastic form of what he could only guess was the result of his undeniable charm. Yeah right. Wade's hand made contact with his knee in a mirthful gesture, followed by a snort. "I heard a funny noise? Your fire alarm went off? I saw the bat symbol? Tell me when to stop, I'm running out of excuses, but if you give me unlimited access to the bathroom and fridge, I'll be out of your hair until later tonight."
