I sat next to her in a few of my classes and she was always kind to me and other people. She didn’t have many friends but she was a straight A student and always meant well. She went missing today (July 24, 2013) at about 10:00 am and an Amber Alert (a first priority Nationwide person search conducted by almost every authority association in America, including the F.BI.) was sent out at about 11:30 am. This means that this is a very serious matter and that they believe this is a very serious case and not just any missing person. Kathryn was a bit of a social outcast, but that doesn’t mean she wasn’t cared for. Almost everyone is in a panic to find her and it would mean the world to me, my friends and peers, her family and the whole town of Portsmouth, RI that she is found and brought home safely.
