i’ll probably be on here eventually .. maybe. i feel kinda weird on this blog but uh i’ve been honestly struggling a lot with... so many things mental health wise and treatments aren’t working (this has been going on since i was fucking 7 and im gettin real tired) so there’s an update. (if i’m not on here btw i’m over on @chaoticourier)

and also, putting this below the cut because i don’t wanna make this too long or overshare and bother anyone (tw for suicidal ideation and lots of mental health related things) but,

i was wondering if like. anyone had any decent experiences with ket*mine therapy or ECT (electroconvulsive therapy) because i’m starting one or both (if that’s a thing, idk, all i know is we’re talking to my doc about them Again n getting a referral) depending on cost as like...a last resort at this point (like i said, i’m fucking tired). so if there’s anyone reading this who knows more about it or especially has any personal experience/knows someone who has had personal experience with either of these or just having extremely treatment resistant mental health issues i would love someone to talk about it with. i’m having a really hard time and i’m very hopeless rn and my substance abuse problems are only getting worse because i’m forced to cope with SOME BULLSHIT every second of every day i swear to god.

at this point, it feels like my only 3 options are those two treatments or like, euthanasia lmao. probably not though i’d have to do it myself unfortunately so good thing i think about it constantly and have tons of plans :)
