So many customers don’t know or don’t care that the individual employees have no say on what arrives on the truck, that decision is made much higher up the chain based on what corporate thinks will sell in that area. And even trying to explain it to them doesn’t help.

I really do love that we've collectively decided that Adrian is the Eridian equivalent of Jessica Rabbit. Im sure people with service dogs are unfortunately used to it but man was it annoying to have my manager completely interrupt me to ask if her dog was okay to be in the building. The office does an excellent job of checking in with people and already spoken to her and just threw me completely out of my information conveying/train of thought.

All he had to do was check with front desk to confirm before making the customer uncomfortable. 🙄 I just wish it had been literally anyone else other than him. It was too overly direct.

I dont even care if the dog wasn't a service animal, she specifically asked us permission first, and its not up to us to question especially where ADA is concerned.
