Inspiration always comes from weird places ....A client of mine ( a bakery owner ) told me yesterday a story about his grandmother and my grandmother popped up immediately in my mind ..and i was so inspired again remembering her when κneading the dough and letting it rise in a warm place.
I m doing the same with Postfolk now..coming soon.
