even though i’m not super active on here (for outside personal reasons) i feel the need to get on here and say to the poc fans who feel understandably disrespected and disgusted by the fandom that you will always have a place here on this blog weather you continue to engage with ethel cain related content or not and that any similar behavior that i catch in the comments and reblogs will immediately be blocked and reported because miss me with that racist ass bullshit

it’s very hard for me to make a longer more thorough response without getting incredibly angry at the entire situation, especially as someone who is trans and has black/poc family members, i have a hard time making a cut and dry statement. everything sitting in my drafts about the situation ends up either being a novel or a convoluted mess of nonsense. just know that i probably won’t be posting much ethel cain art anymore because i do not want to be associated with those fans.
