it’s been interesting (to say the least) how the weights been going to my middle lately, it’s totally changed my posture & my gait, & i find myself leaning back a bit to compensate for all the weight like a pregnant woman 😮‍💨

the curves on my sides have gone from inwards to outwards, so my arms are permanently sticking out, only further accentuating my waddle. & my lower back arches in, too, as my muscles haven’t adjusted to the weight of my gut yet
