When it came to Harrysport and imagining their final exchanges I ALWAYS think about that fact (Harry already having made his contact with death, only to do it again with Jack) and it makes me insane especially since, though I can’t remember correctly, Jack encouraged him to leave or just asked about Harry’s decision to stay with him
I even write a bit and always have Jack wondering “I don’t get it, now you can retire, live your life. So why, why are you going down with me?”
And Harry just taking a second to reply as he helps Jack with the barricades and what not simply saying
“Well, there’s not much left for me out there, besides, this experience has been.. different for me. Albeit more unorganized, chaotic even, but it’s been the best one.”
Harry slowly comes to a stop, glancing slightly over at Jack
“You actually managed to talk some sense into me, in your own way, of course. Addressed me as a name I forgot about long ago, to the point it began to feel natural again. Heck, I even found myself accepting it, enjoying the nicknames you came up with for it along the way. Helped me feel like a human again.”
Now Harry had fully looked over at Jack, dial clicking slowly.
“So I guess this is like a.. thank you, despite the outcome not looking good for us, it’s been nice working with you.. Jack.”
Again probably poorly written out but AHHHHHH they make me ill (also hope this wasn’t too long of a read 🥀)

Harry has always been a sort of parallel to Jack for a few different reasons that I can probably compile later but I’m too busy fucking up this burrito at the moment so get back to me on that anyway this applies even in the bad routes considering there’s the option to frame him for a single child’s murder with your friend whom you go way back withWhere Have We Seen That Before
I agree like sure technically they’re both dying cuz, well, Harry doesn’t have anything else to live for, but death isn’t a bad ending for jack and I have to say it’s not bad for harry either. in the neutral ending it’s kept vague (correct me if I’m wrong I’ve only been grinding out dsaf 1 recently and I’m bad with the lore In General so I’m rather jumbled) but I can only assume Harry’s still with Freddy’s which is Not Good
anyway my point is that although obviously the good ending scenarios in which Harry goes off with the other phones is sweet (and canon) I really think these two characters that reflect each other so well ultimately going down together is my personal preference for said ending. kill that boy. free him from Freddy’s once and for all
