Whello!
I'm Potoh (they/them, 36) and this is my OC blog where I post sketches, drafts and comics of my characters!
Almost all of them play a role in my comic with the working title "Roots". I made attempts to start the actual comic, but well. Comics are incredibly fun but also tough and then life sometimes kicks you in the shin several years in a row. So for now I just have fun with reworking the story and developping my characters. Every now and then I sprinkle characters in that are not related to Roots.
I especially enjoy making up world lore, backstories and flashing out my characters through different life stages. There's no particular timeline or order I draw characters or events in. I do tag characters with their names, maybe that makes it less confusing.
Sometimes I get fixated on a certain character or event in their life and will draw that *a lot*. I do have my favorites too, which you'll probably figure out pretty fast.
I don't have a posting schedule or anything, I post whenever I feel like I have something that I wanna show.
Things that might be good to know:
- most of my OC's are LGBTQI+ 🏳🌈 I'm agender and queer myself.
- occasionally there'll be nsfw in form of nudity, blood etc. Maybe mildly spicey content in the future too. I'm gonna tag it all where necessary!
- no minors!
- reblogs OK, reposts not OK!
- every character, their designs, backstories and the world building you see on my blog are my own. Don't take any of it for your role playing or dnd games. Don't use my art for your OC's or profile pics either.
- there might be spoilers for main storylines!
