are you still active?

yes and no, kind of! we’re currently working towards softly rebooting the roleplay with a new timestamp/plot drop coming soon. we have been in a quiet phase due to the admins being on (semi) hiatus because of personal and private issues. if you’re keen on joining, we’d love to have you, but i think it might be best to do so after we’ve moved onto our next timestamp and rehauled, just for your own comfort. it’ll be a bit of a fresh start for everyone, so that’d be a wonderful time to join — keep your eyes peeled for any updates!

hey non! it kind of depends on what the mun has indicated on their wanted connection form. on the last section, the muns have indicated whether or not they wish to be contacted first, and if that says no, you can just go ahead and send in your app! for organisation’s sake, it is nice if you add in somewhere that you’re filling a wanted connection, just so we know that one is being filled.  either way, we’re very excited to hear that you’re interested in applying for one of the wanted connections! i hope i’ve cleared that up for you, but if you have any more questions just shoot!

hey! thank you so much for coming to us with this question, as this is definitely something we want to avoid in the group. first of all, if you feel comfortable with coming to us ( or just one of us ) off anon, either through tumblr dm’s or discord ( you can just privately message sarah or i or make a group dm, if that’s what you prefer ), that’s definitely something i recommend! that way we can go in a bit more detail and help you more. i do get that that’s not the easiest thing to do, so if you don’t feel comfy doing that, then there’s no pressure either way! just know that i’m always here to hear you out, think along with you and give my two ( or more ) cents. sarah and i are really set on making this an inclusive environment, so we’re definitely here for you. but no pressure at all, ever. <3   alright, besides that essay, here are some things i can tell you now! i think it’s important to keep in mind that it’s natural that you’ll interact with certain people more, as we’re a group where people have varying levels of activity, and some members will simply reply to you faster than others on the dash. there’s no shame in that either way, by the way! but that’s a natural reasoning as to why you might have more threads with one person than another, and i do think that is okay, as long as you’re aware of it! something to also keep in mind here is that a lot of people are currently on semi or full hiatus. it’s no issue if you take a while to get back to someone’s dm, but a little note in the hiatus or member-updates channel can go a long way! letting someone privately know that you might take a while also works, of course.   plotting calls and/or starter calls are a good way to kind of kickstart some ooc chats and eventually threads. i want this message to serve as a reminder for people to please react to such calls as much as you can ( don’t stretch yourself too thin, of course, but it’s quite discouraging when a call gets little reactions -- i’m sure we all understand that! ). besides that, i think most, if not all members here, are very open to being randomly DM’ed with plot ideas.   that’s i think my main tip: try and reach out to people! i know that when you don’t feel like you’re fitting in, that is easier said than done, and i’m sorry to still say it. i do think it’s what will help, though.    to make plotting a little easier, you can always work on a wanted plots/connections page or even tag on your blog. as we have a lot of characters in the group, that might make it easier to establish connections between your muse(s) and those of others.    we’ll also definitely try and work on a paired task/plot drop-esque thing, if that’s something you would like? we will also work on a way to get more open starters out there, on discord as well. that really lowers the bar on starting threads with people, after all! in general, if there is anything we can do to encourage plotting with each other more, please let us know. we’re always open to suggestions!    also, uh, i’m very sorry about writing so much? i hope this helps though, and please just let me/us know if there’s anything else/if this doesn’t help enough.
