This one goes to Beth March of Little Women, “The Heavy Needle”

1 1/2 oz Peach Vodka

2/3 oz Aperol

2/3 oz Cherry Heering

1/2 oz Simple Syrup

Shake with ice, serve in a coupe. Cherry Garnish. It’s a sweet, scarlet drink with a bitter end. Cheers.
