                      hands slid over the red velvet suit, digits coming up to adjust his black bowtie before trying but failing to fix his hair so it looks somewhat reasonable. he hadnt been to a gala before let alone going to a gala undercover trying to sleuth out some creepy creep. her voice trailed in from the other room, it was almost too sweet to be real. his voice bellowed back ’ like, give me a minute ! ’ he took a deep breath before walking out of the room, hearing his shoes tap along the wood floor with every step. his hands slid down his suit once more straightening it out before looking at her ’ do I look okay ? ’
