quite frankly i think ive been lying to myself in trying to revive this blog. Polls are fun. I want to run these competitions and have fun w you guys. I'd love to continue spreading positivity about polyamory and sharing silly ships or canon polycules, i think im very lucky that i rarely got hate and most people have been so supportive!
that said, this happened last year as well and eventually led me to stop after the canon showdown, but everytime i make a commitment it gives me a lot of anxiety. Even running a silly for funsies tumblr poll, apparently. I stress myself over something that should be fun. Clearly I need to work on myself a lot more before I can try running a poll blog again.
All this to say, I'm very sorry but I will not be finishing the competition. I probably won't keep running this blog in general. I had made plans to run a rare polyship poll, where I wanted to have a return or tres caballeros, liphiyo and scc, something I mentioned to a few people and I'm sorry I won't keep that promise.
I honestly don't know why this stresses me out so much, but it does, and I have to be more mindful of my wellbeing.
If anyone else wants to take the polyship poll idea feel free to! I also hoped to run a sapphic polyship poll, anyone interested in that idea is welcome to take it as well!
Sorry for doing this, I don't like to leave things unfinished, but I just really don't think I can keep going. Thanks for coming back for one more round, even if that's all we had!
