Sesame-Chips with Yoghurt-Dip.
Perfect for a party, or just for in-between, or even for lunch (with salad, vegetables,...)
For the Dip, mix yoghurt and sour cream. Add pressed garlic, salt, pepper and any herbs you like!
For the chips, slice the potatoes (waxy potatoes are the best) and put the slices on a baking tray that is already greased with sesame oil. Now sprinkle your chips with sesame seed, salt and a bit more sesame oil, so your chips are oily on both sides. Put the baking tray in the oven, just until the chips get as crunchy as you like! yummy.
