Ok but have u ever considered the tender intimacy and ultimate trust it would take for avicebron to ever show his actual mask-less face to someone? Avicebron letting go of that fear of rejection and letting go of that self hatred for looking the way he does at least for a minute just because someone he has grown to genuinely care for wants to see him entirely as he is, and avicebron trusting them so much that he is willing to grant them that wish??? S-SMALL… AVICEBRON WAS SUCH a small individual that whenever Ozymandias found himself gazing down at them, he found the brilliant man to be…endearing. Was that the proper word to use on someone like them? Endearing? No doubt even without being able to see any expression on Avicebron’s features, he would have instantly been displeased to have such a term used on him. Besides, he respected them far too much to ever tease to that extent (how rare!), thus, such thoughts were best kept bouncing about in his head never to be uttered in even a mere whisper. ❝It has been a while.
