hi there :) welcome friend ! you can call me rachelle, I'm a 21 year old transwoman (I feel more like 18, but that's a whole other story why) I came out to everyone at school (IT engineering) and asked them to use "Rachelle" instead of my birth name from now on. Ever since then I feel much less stress and depression and I can concentrate much better :D other people who know I'm transgender: my mom, my dad, brother and his girlfriend, my 2 nieces and one's boyfriend. If there is anything you want to ask go right ahead ;)

I'm not on tumblt often, and here us why

So this morning i decided to look at tumbkr again because someone reblogged sonething. It was a shitty post about a long long time ago, so i decided to scroll through tumblr.

I started to notice a certain theme in the posts that i was seeing. Something i onky noticed once i left tumblr (apparently). I noticed the following stuff: -race/culture appropriation posts -donation posts -buy my stuff or donate posts -fanart of youtubers or series I dont follow anymore -fanfiction

I’m not saying those are bad types of post themes. But basically the only posts with some substance are the race/culture appreciation (or whatever word is correct to use). Tumblr used to be part of my routine, but lets be honest. Nobody is going to read through “please donate to my paypal” stories when they wake up. I’d rather read the newspaper....

About a month ago I decided to only approach/interact with lgbtqi and sjw stuff when I felt like it. It sucked me in and at times took all the energy I had in order to go with the group. Same with the lgbtqi stuff. I decided that it was time to live a little bit and be constantly be reminded how shit everything is.

At times I was like “there needs to be more diversity at X”. The place I work at now does that and every person I know so far is really good at their job. But other companies, for example game companies, decided it was good for them to hire SJWs for their scripts or animations or whatever and you start to notice that the stereotypical SJW is in your video game as well….and it’s bad for the overall quality. Furthermore, if you suck at your job I don’t care who you are. Just stop what you’re doing, get better and try not to instantly reach for the stars again.

So, when I decided to look through tumblr again I decided you know what? This dashboard is not interesting enough for me. Either I quit or it needs a radical change, because there are plenty of other, better, spaces where I can enjoy stories than tumblr.

This a message from beyond your browser!!!! Or something.... A lot of things happened since i left my last personal post. I vant remember what i posted last so I'll just list a few things - graduated college, im a legit programmer now. - had two one night stands in the past 6 months, both didnt work out so im still single. - got mad at a few friends for not taking good self-care - my grandpa died - frequently joined my friend's teamspeak server and connected with my brother and his friends - had 20+ job interviews - found a job at one if the biggest IT companies in the world - talked to mom about buying new bras, she suggested buying a white one because you would see the black one through my blouse - also got some new tuck underpants. The material is really tight and I feel much better without that bulge in my underpants. - exclusively buy and wear female underpants (although its a bit thin and compresses even less than male underwear) - got an introduction thing tomorrow at work so I had to buy a business formal suit (also exclusively from the women's department) Unfortunately typing a post on my phone takes a lot of time. I have to get up and take a shower. Bye all!

tomorrow I potentially have my last PR meeting at the LGBT community center. I’m so done with that place. It has sucked every bit of motivation out of me and I have to force myself to do anything related to that place.

my brother and a bunch of friends are going to see star wars tomorrow. They decided last minute that they were going on Thursday. I’m a HUGE star wars fan and I’m so mad right now that I have to go to the meeting! >:(

I think now it’s up to good politicians to advice him how he needs to deal with bad politicians. He’s not a politician and in the best possible situation he listens to both sides of the story and understands which of the two is best

although I don’t have a lot of faith in him resolving something like the dakota access pipeline because it can create a lot of jobs and generate a lot of money. He’s too much of a businessman to break free of those kinds of for-profit strategies

also, he’s not going to fix infrastructure....I think I’ve heard that for over 12 years now, bush one and obama twice. Seems like nobody gives a shit about that once they are elected

being easily irritated needing a lot of attention, like how a baby needs a lot of attention for multiple reasons craving attention, something they’re often lacking not caring about a variety of things including other people’s concerns because, at the moment, their feelings are so intense they can’t see past the fog not caring about themselves, this is the f*ck it point not being able to read having nightmares sleep problems in general inability to remember or memorize things not being able to shower doing regular things, like getting dressed or walking, really slowly

I did some number crunching

a lot of people are blaming third party voters, but that’s stupid and pointless. I take North Carolina as an example:

this is the result according to politico. If we take 100% of the third party votes and add it to Clinton she won’t win:

keep in mind that EVERY third party vote goes to Clinton. A lot of people voted third party because they didn’t want to choose, in their opinion “the lesser of the two evils”

next example, Florida, there is a 0,05% error, but you’ll see what I mean

see that? a win by 0,94%, but don’t get your hopes up yet. to reach 50% of the votes Hillary needs a BIG portion of the third party voters

this means that in Florida Hillary needs 71% of ALL third party voter added to her current total. Donald Trump will get the remaining 29%. Hillary would win.

No matter how you look at it, the argument that third party voters ruined the election are totally false. It’s a long shot in my opinion on every battleground state. The people who didn’t vote are to blame. The total amount of votes in 2012 were 126.849.299 (excluding third party votes). This year it’s 119.386.076. That’s 7.463.223 less votes going to either party. I take California as an example, compared to 2012:

3.928.480 less people voted in California this year. See something else? a smaller % of the votes went to the republicans because more people voted third party. They went from 37,12% to 32,55% of the total amount of votes. so you can see that third party really hurt the republicans more in California than they hurt the democrats.

lastly I want to say: can we all stop searching for a scapegoat? today was awful. Everyone is upset and blaming each other.

I don’t wanna put salt on the wound, but everyone is starting to sound like the republican hillbilly they hate so much.....stop blaming each other, stop whining, put your heads together and move on

but on the other hand don’t forget that the US is locked into a two party system. if a third party gets 5% they’ll receive 10 million dollars for future campaigns. they might even become a realistic option.

not voting for hillary doesn’t mean you magically voted for trump not voting for trump doesn’t mean you magically voted for hillary not voting for either doesn’t mean you voted for “the biggest of the two evils”

the final numbers aren’t in yet, we don’t know the popular vote. sit down and relax. this only divides people further
