You are not a limited person. Anytime you get the urge to limit yourself question where that thought came from. Was it something you truly believe about yourself or something you were taught, shown, or conditioned to accept? Limits are borrowed. Picked up from other people’s fears, other people’s experiences, other people’s ceilings. But none of that defines what you’re actually capable of

Just because something hasn’t happened for you yet doesn’t mean it can’t. Just because you haven’t seen it done a certain way doesn’t mean it’s impossible. You are allowed to outgrow the version of you that thought smaller

Expansion doesn’t come from forcing or struggling, it comes from deciding you no longer agree with the version of reality that keeps you confined. And that can be scary because you built a whole world around that reality. You don’t need to become someone else. You just need to stop shrinking who you already are
