Dietary rules for myself
Food
1. No bread
2. No pasta
3. No potatoes
4. Only skimmed milk
5. Only diet sodas and ice teas
6. No sausages
7. Max. 1 slice of cheese per day
8. No rice
9. Max. 3 cups of coffee per day
Behaviour
Snacking is allowed, but only when the snacks are veggies.
No more than 1 meal per day.
You can have as many snacks as you like, but only 1 fruit snack per day.
You don’t need to count calories from vegetables, but everything else must be monitored.
Exercise lightly if possible.
Lunch ideas
Tomato and tuna
Lettuce, tomato, cheese, ham, carrots
Chicken soup (1 bowl)
Tomato soup (1 bowl)
Yoghurt with oatmeal
Zucchini
Avocado with lemon juice and an hard boiled egg
Egg salad
Fried egg with ham and lettuce
Chicken salad
Steamed veggies: broccoli, carrots, brussel sprouts…
Chickpea salad
If you get super hungry
Glass of lemon water
Cup of tea
4 apple slices with peanut butter
Cup of coffee
Chew gum
Listen to music
Go on tumblr
Take a nap
Once a week
1 slice homemade wholegrain bread
Choose one of these
-Small bowl of ice-cream
-1 popsicle
-3 pieces of chocolate
-1 bowl of chips
-1 pastry
