Prichard Media Group Completes Filagree Acquisition
NEW YORK, NY - Prichard Media Group today completed its acquisition of multinational media conglomerate Filagree, cementing its position as the premier advertising and marketing provider for elite clients. Prichard Media Group and Filagree entered negotiations in early 2015, and final transactions closed on April 27. Filagree, founded as an advertising agency in 1947, expanded into all fields of media over the following decades. In addition to its advertising offices in Chicago, New York, and London, Filagree's holdings range across new media, publishing, and more. Filagree's publishing branch, including Crestview Books and Blue Banana Books for Young Readers, boasts a distinguished roster of authors including Jason Gallagher, Gregory Bramhall, and Maria Ruggiero, as well as several popular series of media tie-in books for children.
