He roared instantly after her speech, the usually quiet voice now firm and rigorous, laced with raging within the warrior bitter disappointment. Raven brows frowned as his sight darkened with wrath, arose due to the disruption she made him perceive.
“Foolish woman… Don’t you realize that I am trying to keep myself away for a reason?! My life does not worth it now… Does not worth of any concern and care because, sooner or later, it will all turn to dust before my eyes due to my guilt towards this world?! But even so, you have no right to decide my fate or dispose of it!”
The warrior stepped closer, the very little of the distance between them now was completely nonexistent when he stared dauntlessly into her eyes, trying to make the final sure in the sincerity of her words. Thin lips parted again, baring the white human canines as soon as Jack started to speak, bearing the eerie calmness in his tone.
“My training is now over, Ren. Stay away from me…”
“It will be better for us both…”
:☾:His roar to silence her was met with the most unamused and bored expression one could give. She wasn’t the least bit intimidated by him. He was a human. A skilled human, sure. But still just a human.
She waited for him to stop talking, having him so close made her fingers flex and claws extend for just a moment.
“...Cry me a fucking river.” She told him flatly.
“Oh, this big bad world has left me all alone. I’ve done bad things that ruined people’s lives! I am a dishonor! I disgrace! I don’t deserve the life I have.” She was mocking him, her voice changing octaves to make it obvious.
“You’re so fucking unworthy, huh? Grow the hell up. You weren’t ever a slave to the person who wreaked a genocide on your whole country, a weapon to be passed around from one vile being to another. Used as a tool to cause chaos and death.” Her clawed hand reached out to grab at the cloth on his chest.
“If my life is worth something after all that, yours is too!”:☽:
