The year is 1976, and within the walls of Hogwarts, students are exploring who they are and coming to terms with themselves in the safe space that the professors do their best to create and maintain.

The curriculum is designed in a way that LGBTQIA+ students can learn spells and potions that they may find useful, as well as encouraging students to explore themselves to figure out who they are, and the school also offers various resources to help teens.

Romances and rivalries are sure to spawn and fade, and secrets are sure to be kept, within the walls of the great castle.

Prideful Hogwarts is a new plot-light, character-centric Marauders Era RP that highly encourages its players to have their characters fit somewhere in the LGBTQIA+ community. We’re always looking for more applications!

                  The Marauders face their last year at Hogwarts, war awaits at the castle doors and no one can be trusted. Professors fear the worst for their students, parents are withholding children from attending and  Lord Voldemort is recruiting students as much as he can. Will you fight, or will you watch  innocents suffer at the hands of extremists?

hey, sorry to bother you, but… question: i didn't see it on any of the pages but since this rp has other changes from canon, is dumbledore out, or how well known is it that he's gay? is it suspected, public knowledge, public knowledge and people know about him and grindelwald already? or are you handling his sexuality in a completely different way since jkr never actually said it in the books?

I’d say that everybody probably knows that he’s gay, and he’s completely open about it with everybody, but they probably don’t know about Grindlewald and him, given that his romantic history with an evil wizard is not something he’d want people knowing about.

Given that we’ve been open for over a week now, and everybody’s had pretty good activity, I just want to remind everybody that they can apply for a second character if they would like to.
