Training a Prince

So far, Rajah's overwhelming desire for bonito flakes has proven to be an excellent motivator for teaching this Prince new tricks. On command, he sits, balances on his back legs, reaches, twirls, kisses, jumps, meows and we are currently working on a high five.

He knows when he wants to go outside and sun on the deck, he must stand on his back legs and reach up and touch the door handle. Then the door will be opened.

He also jumped through a hula hoop, ran a small obstacle course, can find and identify when I bring corn home from the market, and comes and checks the mail with me every day.

We will post some of his tricks for your entertainment, and more as he advances his studies.
