Feeling overwhelmed or stressed can put me into what I'll call "panicked baby mode." Everything feels so big, so difficult- I just want to hide away with my stuffies and cry.

Age regression can be a wonderful coping mechanism, but it's easy to get stuck feeling small when the world feels scary.

So I want to put a reminder out, especially for regressors who have reached or past 18:

You are BIG. You are STRONG. You can be the adult "little you," needs. You don't need to hide anymore.

Be confident and proud- you've made it this far and I have no doubt you have the strength to keep going.
