Appearance: Eros appears to look like whatever the viewer finds the most attractive, which means his appearance shifts and changes at will. This is an involuntary ability, though he is always described as a “stunningly beautiful winged youth”. This ability is not restricted to mortals, it works on all beings. The only exception appears to be with asexuals and aromantics/those who have taken vows of chastity, as having no preference for appearance in a romantic partner makes him appear like his traditional self.

Skills:

♥️ Eros is a talented archer. His arrows are capable of controlling the way people feel and think. He can force confessions, manipulate emotions, and change perceptions depending on which one he uses.

♥️ Eros is the original Charmspeaker, and is capable of the gift. He is extremely talented. Charmspeak will be in blue.

♥️ Eros owns and operates several dating websites. He is extremely successful, and fairly wealthy because of this. Some of the sites are needlessly expensive to use.

Eros’ origins vary, but he is generally accepted as the son of Aphrodite and Ares, a result of their passionate love, thus denoting his skill set.

As punishment for crimes committed by Eros against the public, he has been cast down from Olympus for an unspecified amount of time.

And worse, his credit cards have been revoked…

He is temporarily mortal, and retains only his immortality, meaning he will remain the same in appearance and cannot be killed.

It is a lovely homage to my mother, I just don't like seeing my mother naked and I would like to bleach that from my memory.

Karter shuddered a bit, putting his hands in his pockets.

“Oh, lovey, so dramatic.” He waved him off, walking him through a set of double doors that seemed to open by themselves and into an armory.

The walls were lined with what had to be hundreds of weapons. Swords, shields, spears… some old and some new… and of course, at least half the collection was all kinds of bows.

“Take a look around. See what calls to you.”

Hedone excitedly greeted, before walking up to him and embracing him gently.

She dismissively spoke, leaning her head on her father's arm in an affectionate fashion. Hedone was excited to talk to her father once more, after such a while. His punishment did create quite a bit of a gap in the usual routine of talking to one another, so she was glad to have gotten another chance.

Eros stroked her hair gently as they walked, enjoying having her close again. Of all the things he’d missed, being separated from his family was by far the worst part.

"......But I don't know what to do from here, I've never had to be the one on the outreach side.....normally the boys just fawn over me! So I need help, I really like him, Dad. I really, really do." She pleads, puppy-dog eyes and everything.

She was only eighteen, and it seemed like this was one of her first real crushes. Sure, she'd had a few flings in the past, but this was different.

Eros grabbed him by the arm, and suddenly the world started to spin. The cabin disappeared, and when everything stopped again they were standing in the courtyard of a grand palace, glittering and filled with a million butterflies.

“Ah, me, how exciting. I’ve always wanted to outfit you with a bow.”

Karter closed his eyes tightly, stumbling a bit before opening them again.
