So you don't wanna have to remake your Inky for a new run?
A while back, I saw a tweet about how to import an Inquisitor's appearance from a different Rook's run, and I've been doing it ever since, because I made a pretty Lavellan Inky for one run, and I'm a-ok with her being the one to have smooched all the Inquisition romances who like female characters.
I can't seem to find the original tweet, but it might have been related to this bluesky post.
And then I wanted to make a SUPER DETAILED how-to for all my friends, and people who aren't so sure about how to do it.
So I made a Google doc, but then remembered my whole name is displayed when I share my files, so I decided "Why not copy + paste the whole thing on Tumblr!" So here I am, and here it is!
All the steps will probably be WAY too detailed, but I'd rather share more details for people to have the easiest time doing it.
Please note that it’s important to start a new character creation with importing the Inquisitor, and not with creating your Rook.
Step 1
Launch a new game, pick any Lineage for Rook, and simply skip to the “Finalize” Tab, to Customize the “Past Adventures: The Inquisition”.
Step 2
Select “Make Change” and then “Edit Inquisitor”.
Step 3
Select the appropriate Lineage, and then go into Appearance “Customize”.
Step 4
Make at least one simple change to the Default appearance, (hair style for example). And then click “Accept Changes”.
Step 5
To make sure things are going correctly, you should have the “Customized Appearance” card in the “Appearance tab”.
Step 6
You can then speed through to the “Summary” Tab and select “Finalize”, and the game will then force you to make your Inquisition decisions. You can speed through those, because you will need to go back over them later. You can then also “Finalize” the “Past Adventures” summary.
The game might give you a few warnings that the Inquisitor’s Background or previous choices cannot be changed later, which is fine, because they only mean during the game, and not during Character creation. You can safely hit “Yes”.
Step 7
Once the previous steps are done, the game will take you back to the “Finalize” page for your Rook.
You need to hit the “Back” button, all the way up to “Lineage” selection, where you should have the “Import Character” button.
Once you try to go back from “Appearance” to “Lineage”, the game will send you a warning, which is fine, because we haven’t customized our Rook yet, so you can safely hit “Yes”
Step 8
Once you click on “Import Character”, you should select the Rook run that had the Inquisitor with the appearance you wish to import.
Step 9
After the import, you should speed through again to the “Finalize” tab, without customizing your Rook, in case things didn’t go right.
So you will again go into the Inquisition Customization page, and again go into the “Make Changes” page.
At this point, the Inquisitor should still look like the default with the one change you made to their appearance.
You should re-pick the correct lineage again, which will take you to the Appearance Customization tab, and where, at last, the “Customized” appearance card should make your Inquisitor look like they were in the other Rook’s run.
You can now either keep them as they are, or customize them some more, for example changing their hair or anything else. The game will then make you go through all the Inquisition customization choices again, where you should make sure to pick the Romance, Inquisition status, and Stopping/Saving Solas decisions you want for this run.
And at last, with your Inquisitor finalized, you can go and make your Rook exactly how you want them!
Also, this is the mod I used for the Inquisitor Hand and Outfit swap.
Correction: There is only one question that relies on DATV knowledge, no questions required to know any retconned information, and no questions exclusive to DAO knowledge, (as in it's also brought up elsewhere.)
But there's nothing wrong with 40% when many of the questions are deep cuts!
i love seeing my non-ygo followers in my notes going "what the actual Fuck happens in yugioh" because there is no adequate way to answer that question. everything happens. everything you can possibly think of that could ever happen, happens in yugioh.
wait a minute ok. i was about to start listing a bunch of absurd shit that goes down in this series but instead i'm just going to make my point by making it everybody else's problem instead
Which one of these events did NOT happen in the original yugioh manga or anime
Yami sets a man on fire in broad daylight at the local burger joint
Malik mind controls a mime and turns it into an unstoppable killing machine
Yugi confesses his love for Joey then gets dragged to the sea floor by an anchor
Seto stops a guy from shooting him by blocking the gun's hammer with a card
Ancient Egyptian laser beam battle
Bakura gouges out a man's eyeball and licks it
Yugi's grandpa tries to beat a ghost to death with a frying pan
Seto sacrifices god just so he can play another blue eyes white dragon
Yugi almost gets hanged to death by the yo-yo gang
Joey straight up dies (he gets better though don't worry)
7. YUGI'S GRANDPA DOES NOT TRY TO BEAT A GHOST TO DEATH WITH A FRYING PAN. Congratulations to the 25.8% of people who voted correctly!
here's the receipts lol
thank you all for participating in the What The Fuck Happens In Yugioh Poll! bonus events that weren't included as poll options can be found under the cut.
I keep thinking about how Dorian warns you against the people in the Breaker closet, aka Eddie, Volt, and Tony. What is their reputation amongs the rest of the household to warrant this? As far as we can see we have:
1. A himbo
2. A theatre kid
3. Tired™️
Like what does he have against them what did they do.

Copyright class actions could financially ruin AI industry, trade groups say.
AI industry groups are urging an appeals court to block what they say is the largest copyright class action ever certified. They’ve warned that a single lawsuit raised by three authors over Anthropic’s AI training now threatens to “financially ruin” the entire AI industry if up to 7 million claimants end up joining the litigation and forcing a settlement.
